Ororo cursed his own stupidity at Keo's reason for the desert being cold at night. "That makes sense." He said with a firm nod, again trying to hide his embarassment. Unfortunatly, he had no idea what a cactus was, but he decided not to ask and just gave another nod. "There's certain plants in the Jungle that we're not supposed to touch, because they can be sticky."
The pink adolescent got on rather well with his brother and sister, so he couldn't really imagine not having them. "Me and my siblings argue sometimes, but it's not so bad. Do you ever wish you weren't an only cub?"

"Oh?" She looked at him curiously. She didn't think a plant could be too sticky, though cactus's could stick to you. Perhaps that was what he was talking about. "I guess they have plants everywhere that do harm." She said with a nod. It was good to know about them, made her a little more paranoid about plants. She eyed all the plants around her carefully.
"I don't know, I suppose I wish I had a brother or sister." To be honest, it might have been better if there was at least one other cub. "It gets lonely sometimes, but I guess it makes me and my mother closer." She said with a nod. It made her wonder what her mother was up to at this moment. She must be very lonely. She let a little frown come upon her face, but only for a second.

(( :B heart Keo's gonna have hybrid siblings. *Pokes the breeding forum* biggrin Her mum's having babies with Iris' God Limbuko. ))
Ororo nodded. "I don't like plants much anyway. Some smell nice, but they're nothing special." He said with a shrug. "Trees are much better." Saying that, he looked around. As they had been walking, the dried-up trees and plants that they had originally been surrounded by had started to thin out, being replaced by the lush greenery that spread across most of the jungle. "I'll know where I am soon." He said with a grin, pleased that they had found their way back to what Ororo considered to be civilisation.
At the mention of Keo's mother, Ororo blinked. "Don't you have a father either then? I mean, I know you have one, or else you wouldn't be here." He rolled his eyes at his own rambling. "Is he just not around?" Ororo's father had never been around either, and his mother didn't really speak of him much.
(( ^^ I think we can finish this one up too in the next couple of posts. heart ))

(( Indeed! They turned out awesome. <33 And yeah, that sounds good. ^^))
She nodded. "Indeed! I love climbing them, though I'm sure everyone does" she giggled. Though, she knew that lions didn't go up into trees like leopards. "I wish I could stay here, there's more tree's to climb and have fun on. Out there in the desert, it's boring." She nodded.
"I don't know my father." She said rather sad. "He left her before even knowing that my mother was going to have me." She figured that's how most males where. "But I think we do good with out him around, maybe he just wasn't meant to be a dad."

"You should just come and live here then." He said with a grin. "Convince your mother that the Jungle is much better than the desert." Ororo nodded, a thoughtful expression on his face as Keo explained what the situation with her father was. "Same here. My mother said that our father left her before she even knew that she was pregnant with us." He shrugged. "Like you say though, I think me and my siblings are better off without him."
As they continued walking, Ororo looked around, a huge smile suddenly gracing his face. "I know exactly where I am now." Saying that, he turned back to Keo. "Don't forget to tell your mother how great the Jungle is. I don't want this to be the last time we see each other, considering you're pretty much the first and only friend I have." With a small chuckle, Ororo took one last look at Keo before bounding off in the direction that he now knew his family's den lied in.
(( smile heart Finished! surprised And congrats on getting a Lim hybrid! ))

She thought about that for a moment, but figured her mother wouldn't want to come live here, but it was always something to try, right? Plus, who knew, she might actually find someone. Her ears went up when she heard he was the same as she. Well, at least she wasn't alone with that, though she was sure there'd be more just like that."Yeah."
"Well, that's good." She said with a grin. "Wouldn't want to be lost out here forever." She said with a small snicker. The sad truth, was that he was as well probably the only friend she had. "I will." She said before he had left. She turned and decided to go back to where she was for the night. She'd have to start back towards home in the morning.
((Thanks. ^^ And double finished. ))
