Forgetting family, or whoever, had never really worked for Auri, because they were all a part of her, in a way. She could never forget Tain, not only because he was--is--her brother, but because for the short time they had been together, their friendship had blossomed so much.
But she pushed it out of her mine, and couldn't help but laugh at his reply, smiling as she nodded in agreement.
"No, I don't think that particular name would go over well with other members and everyone else, for all the chuckles it would get in the end."
"If we do meet again, I'll have to brush up on my history and meet everyone," she teased. "Do you know how hard that will be? But I will. And plenty of stories to share, I'm sure."
Her ear twitched backwards, hearing some faint roar calling her name.
"I'm sorry, but I have to go home. It's probably time to hunt and Mother enjoys my company on those sorts of things. Until next time, then? You know where to find me."
She turned around to trot off, but tilted her head back towards him with a fleeting, friendly smile.

He brightened visually at her chuckle, bemused that she had found his poor attempt to be humorous, well, humorous at all. He inclined his head to one side and smiled broadly, brows arching with interest as he replied, "Oh, I don't know. People would definitely be drawn due to interest. They'd want to know what a Pride Termite Mound would look like, I'm sure."
The idea that they might meet again warmed his heart a bit, and he nodded hesitantly before laughing, "Of course, the Pridelands are huge. It will be endlessly difficult, but I think you're up to the task." He shrugged confidently before he looked up as well at the sound of the distant roar, ears pivoting forward before swivelling back again pensively. Of course she'd have to go.
"No, no. Don't apologise. It's fine." He smiled again, slowly, "Until next time. I'll look for you." He dipped his head as he watched her leave, meeting her farewell smile with one of his own before turning to go on his way again.
