I also have a question: What's the difference between decoys and real boo gifts? The whole idea behind this is gifting with tricks and treats, and receiving acknowledgement. The real boo gift comes with a letter acknowledging you, and a nice gift, doesn't have to be expensive, but something nice.
A decoy is the note you post on a Guild member's profile with the BOO and the "click the pumpkin graphic", It does not come with the letter, you don't have to send a gift, but you can because it's fun to give and receive, the decoy gift may be trash or treasure. If you send a gift you include a note saying it's a decoy. You can send a person a trash, and then a nice gift!
Each decoy letter you send is one chance, each gift you receive is one chance. You count em up and number your post accordingly. What the heck, each decoy gift you send is a chance too, because you're actively choosing and gifting someone. smile But keep a list of the people you send to! (for later)
Basically the decoys are sent to active and non-active members,
but the real boo gift only goes to active members. Until you get the REAL letter,
you put decoys on profiles, and you can send and receive decoy gifts, just for the halibut. (fun) And you get more chances for the big prize!
And it's fun to post something about yourself, and we'd all like to know something about you that you think we don't know, but that's optional.
