Gerbo seeing Luc power up, knew he had little time to react or he was going to be smashed into tiny lits bits by he growing magical power.

"Ha! looks like you just surpassed my magical might!, but lets see how you like THIS!!!!"

As he screamed Gerbo charged a powerfull ball of energy into his hand. Suddenly, as if the single powerfull ball of energy wasn't enough, Gerbo's eye's flashed with arcane energy and split the ball into two. Gerbo let a small smirk fall upon his lips as he now held a ball of raw magical energy in both hands. With a quick jaunt from one wrist, one ball flung towards him in a high arc. Spinning around with another quick wrist flick, the other ball was sent towards Luc. The balls collided at the same time, one hitting Luc high, and one low, combined in a massivr release of arcane energy.

(Dice for defense, Using speedy magic (2mp) and casting two energy bursts(at 0mp each for 2 skilled casters) for a total of 28 magical damage(14+14) )

(Yes indeed! Good fight! We seem to be pretty well balanced, unlike most pvp fights, it took two rounds for us! I look forward to fight you after we grow in power! It should be fun!)

Gerbo went over to the mage and cast a few heals on him to make sure that he was fully back to normal.

"Wow! You have some talent there! If even for a second, you surpassed me in pure magical strength! You are defiantly worthy in the eyes of me!"

Nodding in satisfaction, Gerbo continued to talk.

"You know.... you show a great amount of potential, even if you are relatively new to this town! I believe that you are due some credit in a certain prestigious organization! I'll personally see to it that you are mentioned during our next meeting! Until then, I must bid you farewell. But do please believe me when i say that you will be rewarded for your efforts!"

Gerbo then turned and walked away. Before going out of sight completely, Gerbo turned and gave a wink to Luc, making sure that he knew that his intentions were pure.

Having a nice day at home, Luc gets some fishing gear ready, due to the nice fishing conditions, when he hears a voice challenge him to a dual. Hmm... time to try out my new staff Luc thinks while grabbing his staff and cape. As Luc exits his house he see's a valiant looking man, with an evil looking sword in his hand... It seem's almost as if it is his hand. "I accept your challenge Vincent" Luc says summoning his truest friend Lucifer. "Fly Lucifer! Let's show this man a battle!" Luc then takes a defencive position as Lucifer flies in for an attack.

(A word of wisdom.... Skilled caster doesn't lower the cost of Summons since they are technically not a spell.... Therefore... Luc, you'd have to wait for round 2 to summon... Sorry, I thought you knew that...)

Vincent charges in, excepting the powerful burst of energy, then continues into Luc's defensive circle. Vincent uses his powerful legs to launch into the air, using the added momentum of his fall to strengthen his blow. The blade blows easily through Luc's hasty defence, and is followed up by a powerful blow to the face with Vincent's sword's hilt.
