As soon as they had entered the tunnel, Kei pulled her hand away from Kakashi. "What's going on?" She asked. "What happened to the village?"

Yuuki had been out on a mission. She had finally arrived back at The leaf village when she was greeted by the smoke and fire. " Wh-" She couldn`t even get the words forced out. The first she she thought of was her little brothers. " Where are they! " She jummped into the village, not acknolledging that she was being watched. " Hekon! Kohin! " She yelled. She searched the whole of the village, not finding anyone.

Kei just stared at Kakashi when he didn't answer and fled out of the underground prison and ran back to the village.

Yuuki was caught up in despair when she finally remembered the evacuation tunnels. " They must have gone there! " Yuuki started heading towards them, but was suddenly greeted by someone who she just ran head on head with. The other person just came out of the tunnels. Yuuki flew back from the force of the impact and landed a few feet back.

Kei stopped and walked over the person she had ran into. "I'm sorry," she said, holding out her hand. "Any idea of what's going on here?"

Yuuki took her hand and stood up. " No. Slightest clue. I wish I knew. " Suddenly, Yuuki finally felt the presence of being watched from all around. She froze, knowing that they were waiting for an opening to attack." Well, let`s get out of here...." She told Kei.

Kei nodded. "Back to the tunnels?" She stated more than asked, sprinting off towards the direction she had just come.

" Wait! " Yuuki yelled at Kei. She finally caught up with her and stopped her. Yuuki wispered not wanting anyone, or anything to hear. " We can`t go back to the tunnels. If 'they' follow us, 'they' could find the rest of the village. We can`t put them in that kind of danger. I suggest we go back and find another way out. " Yuuki backed up, letting Kei think.

Kei sighed. Why didn't she think of that? She could have put the survivors into more danger! "What do you have in mind", she asked. As if on second thought, she put out her hand. "I am Namikaze Kei." She said.

She shook the hand. " I`m Yuuki. " She let go. " Well, since we can`t take that way, I say we just go back and see just how bad these things that attacked the village are. Or we can just completly avoid them, but that`ll be impossible since they know that we`re here now and don`t want us to live. I think they`re blood thirsty, savage 'things'. Whatever they are, they`re really mad. " Yuuki didn`t know what they were surrounded by and she didn`t want to find out.

"Agreed." Kei replied, turning to face the burning village. 'I hope that you made it out of there,' She thought to herself, before beginning the short trek back to the village.

Yuuki followed behind Kei. Suddenly, she was shot with the feeling of being followed. " Hey Kei, do you feel that too? " Yuuki was almost intimidated by the presences that now completly surrounded her and Kei.
