[Ninetales: 900/1000 HP]

"What you need is a time-out, you bratty little kid!" So much for that proper-and-calm composure from before. Damn he really got her blood boiling! Such was the curse of younger siblings.

Razalin, too, had considered the scenario. Well, there was a little voice in the back of her head throwing a b***h fit, and that was close enough. She overpowered it with the most mighty power of all: money. Any damages they could pay to repair, right? Right.

Even with food on the line, Van wasn't too happy about smacking that Flareon around. ...She had messed up his 'groove', though, come to think of--ACK! The opposing Pokeman slammed into him and sent him flying back, knocking over a table that the former occupants of scurried away from.

With a bunch of napkins now on his head he hurried up and shook them off. "Ninetales..." (I thought I was fast...)

"Hyper Beam!" Razalin called out. Yeah, she remembered that one. Uncle had used it to demolish the left wing of the mansion when they'd rebuilt.

"You don't have the guts to give me a time out!" The battle seemed to be more focused on the verbal battle between the siblings than the battle between their Pokemon, though Teivel really didn't care. So long as Sarka could beat the crap out of that Ninetales so he didn't have to keep it. The cost in feeding her Korean Barbeque would be so worth it. He'd have ammo against his sister for years.

Sarka darted backwards, only to land on a fallen spoon and slip. With a squeak and flail she fell onto her back like a stranded turtle. Teivel resisted the urge to cover his eyes with his hands. This was not going too well. "Earth to Sarka!" He yelled as she rolled frantically to get on her feet. She turned to stick her tongue out at him, only to be blasted moments later by Van's Hyper Beam. Owie! Her fur was singed! That Ninetails was so going down!

"Smog attack!" Teivel commanded, watching with unsuppressed glee as toxic purple gas immerged from Sarka's mouth. Now that was a move worthy of Team Rocket!

Indeed. Razalin hadn't even looked at the battle (or more importantly the damage it was causing to the resturant). She'd been glaring at her brother the entire time, only blurting out commands as a sort of... multi-tasking kind of thing. It got to the point she was hardly paying that much attention. "I'll give you--Quick Attack, Fuzzy Moron!--more than a timeout if you don't stop running your mouth!"

Van blinked. Had she told him to do something in that sentence...? It was hard to hear her and cough and gag at the same time. Smog? Smog?! What a terrible move! "Ninetales nine!" (You are much less attractive now!)

Beautiful Pokemon should have moves that displayed grace and beauty like his! Looking proper and composed, he jumped above the purple gasses and moved to slam into the Flareon again.

"Oh yeah? I dare you, super dork!" Teivel paused onto to take a breath, before barking his next order at Sarka. "Sand attack!" He was probably very lucky that all they ever did was yell at each other, instead of actually getting physical. As children, they had been discouraged from physically fighting, if only because it dirtied their clothes. That had simply meant that they spent more time yelling and less time hitting. Not that it mattered to their parents. They just got their butler to drive them to the other side of the house.

"Flaaaareon! (Yeah well at least I don't smell!)" Honestly, she'd been spending too much time around her trainer. Her insults were pretty much up par with his. The breath was knocked out of her as the pair flew back into a nearby table, knocking cutlery and plates everywhere. As she stood in the mess, she registered her next move. Sand attack? But there was no sand! Her eyes darted down to the cutlery, before a large grin broke out across her face. Without hesitation she started digging, flinging forks, spoons, and knives at the offending Ninetales. Spork attack!

[Ninetales: 800/1000 HP]

Teivel's insults may have been 'par', but they were certainly enough to enrage Razalin to start a battle of their own. True, they'd be discouraged from violence as children, but Razalin had been discouraged from taking that long a** trip without telling anyone where or why, and Teivel had been discouraged from joining Team Rocket, and the screeching and yelling of the resturant owner could have discouraged them from having a Pokemon battle.

But it didn't. What was discouragement worth these days?

Not much. There was also no butler to drive either of them anywhere, which didn't help matters. "YOU LITTLE BRAT"! Razalin screamed, launching forward and mauling her brother. Depending on how fast he moved, she'd end up hitting him square in the face.

Van hissed at Sarka's poor choice of insults. His eyes widened with horror when he realized when she was thinking. "NINE! NINETALES!" (NO! WAIT!) Scratch that, what she was doing.

In his hundreds of years on Earth, 'the great' Sir Van'Tess had never moved that fast in his life. When the utensils finally stopped flying, he hissed rather viciously. "NINE NINETALES?!" (DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT THEY COULD HAVE DONE TO MY FACE?!) At that point, he was on the counter. Razalin was too busy with her own, uh, issues to give him commands. Which was fine, because he was fighting on his own now anyway.

"NINETALES NIIINE!" (FEMALE OR NOT, I WON'T FORGIVE YOU!) He lunged rapidly off the wooden surface.

Screw the restaurant owner. Their parents would be the ones paying for the damages anyways, and Teivel could always say it was for a just cause. They had been working out a disagreement, and accidentally destroyed the restaurant. Yeah, accidentally. That was the word. We'll ignore the masses of people fleeing the restaurant because a steam of forks had embedded themselves in a nearby wall. Yeah... we'll forget about them.

Truth be told, the teen hadn't honestly expect his sister to snap. She had only snapped on him maybe once in his child hood. But, that had been before he ditched her and joined Team Rocket. That probably was the reason. Needless to say, Teivel did the only thing that an accomplished villain would do.

He screamed.

The covering of his head with his arms only came after Razalin had successfully reached him, and did little to protect him from his sister. "YOU'RE GOING TO BREAK A NAIL OR MY NOSE! THIS ISN'T FUNNY RAZALIN!"

If Sarka could have, she would have blanched. No spork damage? Oh snap, here he came! She could only brace herself as she was attacked by the now enraged Ninetales, the pair skidding across the previously washed floor, knocking over several flower displays in the process. With no orders from her trainer, Sarka only did what came naturally. She bit him.

Pokemon? What Pokemon?

Razalin hadn't just forgotten about the battle, she'd forgotten about her surroundings completely and everyone in them. You know those times when someone makes you so angry you just want to shake them? It was like that.

Only Razalin actually was shaking him. Her hands cletched onto his collar and she tugged him back and forth, back and forth. "WELL THAT'S THE ONLY THING YOU HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT BECAUSE YOUR BRAIN BROKE A LONG TIME AGO! WHAT ARE YOU DOING, TEI?"

She couldn't even think of anything else to say. There was nothing else to say. "WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" Shake. "WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" Shake. "YOU'RE SUPPOSE TO BE A DOCTOR! YOU'RE SUPPOSE TO BE SOMEBODY!"

Every resident of the resturant had fleed, even the owner. The later most likely had run off to find another phone to call the cops, since the one in their building had been torn down during the Pokemon battle.

An extremely unpleasent, ear-piercing screech erupted from the Ninetales. They weren't doing much put sheer brawling at this point, but he planned to put an ending to that. He opened his mouth wide and a stream of flames burst out.

Teivel, to say the least, was scared out of his mind. He wasn't supposed to fight! He was supposed to let his Pokemon do all the work and yell orders from the sidelines! Nowhere in his contract did it say he had to get into fist fights with his older sister! She was scary when she was angry!

"I'M NOT—" He was cut off by a shake, causing his hat to fall off his head and onto the floor. "I DON’T WANNA— NOT A – A HEALER! NO – NO WAY!" It was very hard to argue when you were being shaken roughly by the collar. He could hardly keep his brains about him before Razalin started scrambling them again.

Sarka could only relish in the sound she made the Ninetales make for but a few seconds. She had to get out of here before he attacked! This battle was out of control! The Flareon dragged herself on her belly out from under the Ninetales, leaping up onto the buffet just in time to avoid the fire attack. Too caught up in escaping to think about her attack, Sarka fled across the buffet table, sending plates and food flying off the table in Van's direction. Fleeee the burning building!

[Ninetales HP: 600/1000 HP]

"YOU'RE AN IDIOT!" No doubt Razalin would have screamed at him for as long as her lungs could hold out in doing so. Teivel should have been well aware that was a long, looong time. They may have never hit one another (er, well, Razzy may have never hit him before and made him squeal like a little girl), but the older sister of the younger brother had yelled at him many times. Not near as loud as this time, mind you.

He'd never made her so angry before! She could just...! She could just...! She could just...! She wasn't really sure what she could just do, but if it was set the building on fire one of the Pokemon she suddenly remembered existed had gotten there first.

"Son of a!" Razalin hurried to her feet and, still cletching Teivel's collar, pulled him up and dragged him out of the building. They were fire Pokemon! They'd be fiiiiiine! Really!

"Nine!" Van gasped, dunking and shielding his beautiful face with almost all of his tails. Only once he was sure it was safe (you know, for his face) did he jump back up.

...The place was on fire anyway, why not?

Another Flamethrower shot forward, tagging along behind Sarka as she ran along the plateless part of the buffet. He stopped quickly enough to adjust his aim, and the next time, aimed in front of her, the flames effectively stopping her from jumping off the buffet in a preferablely manner.

[ Flareon HP: 400/1000 ]

Oh Teivel was well aware of how large Razalin's lungs were. He had experienced it first hand. No doubt, he would never forget the day that they ran around the outside of the mansion. Razalin yelled at him the entire four laps. The only reason they had stopped running was because Teivel was seriously out of breath. And he hadn't even been yelling.

All the younger brother could do was flail helplessly as he was dragged outside by his sister, only just noticing that the building was on fire. "... this is not going to go over well with Dad," he mumbled under his breath, momentarily forgetting his fight with his sister. No doubt they'd hear the sirens any minute now. That was, if anyone was brave enough to call the police and the firemen.

Who cared about the fire? Sarka's tail was made of fire! She could totally handle this! The Flareon cackled gleefully as she ran across the buffet, enjoying the thrill of the fire behind her. Wheee! This was so much fun! Her fun, however, was abruptly ended as the fire suddenly appeared in front of her. Nothing like this ever happened in the video games! The surface proved too slippery for her to skid to a stop, and thus Sarka went sliding right through Van's flamethrower and off the table with a loud thud. "Flaaaaaareeeoon!" Ouch.

For a moment, there was silence. Then, a singed and very angry Flareon came bounding out from behind the buffet, guns...er, firespin blazing.

[Ninetales: 500/1000 HP]

The aburt end of the one-sided yelling match was mutual. Razalin didn't dare let go of her brother but with her free hand she smacked herself in the face. They could agree on that.

This was not going to go over well at all with their parents. Razalin doubted even they were this loose about punishment. The battling they could have gotten away with, but burning it down? They were in for it.

"You wanna tell Mom or Dad?" Both of them needed to know. It had been tradition since Teivel was old enough to talk (and thus cause trouble) that one of them would tell one parent, the other tell the remaining parent.

They were both going to be equally pissed over this...

Back inside, Sir Van'Tess stood, tall and proud and covered in ashes from the part of the resturant that had already burned away. He was convinced the Flareon had finally been taken down.

Up until she barged out and threw another attack at him. "Nine?!" Van looked rapidly in every direction at the surrounding flames. Time to fight fire with fire! (No pun intended.) He took in a deep breathe and then unleashed a firespin of his own, hoping not only to have it burst through the opponents but to hit her as well.

They were in some serious trouble. The normally very loose punishments totally didn't cover burning down buildings. Joining Team Rocket hadn't been a problem. It was, after all, "just a phrase", their parents had said. "He'll grow out of it." But destroying a fairly high class restaurant all in the name of bickering? Teivel had a feeling that they both were in some very big trouble.

"How about... we just pay for it and don't tell either of them?" Teivel couldn't help but sound slightly hopeful. He reeeallly didn't want to get into trouble, and he definitely had enough money to pay for some of the damages. Would Razalin be up for it? She was saving her behind too.

Ack! He was still attacking?! Why didn't the darn thing just back down already?! Sarka howled both her anger and the pain of her singed fur, wondering if this really was worth Korean Barbeque. Wait, had she just questioned the worth of Korean Barbeque? Blasphemy! She would win and she would make her stupid boy buy her ice cream as well! The Flareon countered Van's firespin with her own, only adding to the building's destruction.

Razalin had finally let him go (but that wouldn't stop her from chasing him down and tackling him again if he dared even move an inch). One hand held her side with the elbow of the opposite hand resting on that arm, and her fingers tapping her chin.

It was a thoughtful posture and expression. Not near thoughtful enough given the situation, however. "Hm... I'm not sure we have enough without them. My guess is this entire thing is going to collaspe pretty soon."

Worried? Nah. They'd be fiiiine! Fire types could definately handle collasping buildings!

Razalin's words rang tree, as just as the fire hit Van a piece of the ceiling fell right behind him. The battle had gone frown a brawl to a chase to a number of other things to just blowing smoke--er, fire--at each other until one caved.

"NIIIINE!"

The younger brother breathed a quiet sigh of relief as he was released, reaching up to rub his neck gingerly. Why did she have to grab him so hard? "Well I'll just start hinting I want to become a healer again and they'll double my allowance." There was an air of certainty about Teivel's voice as he stared thoughtfully at the building. Oooh, that was quite the nasty fire.

The two firespins collided in a flaming ball, until without warning they exploded. Sarka leapt back with a squeal, pieces of wood just barely missing her nose. This was so not cool anymore! She was going to have end this as soon as possible. The Flareon planted her feet and leapt, charging through the explosion to try and tackle Van. For honor and Korean Barbeque!

"Quite annoying," Razalin mumbled in complaint. "Do you really think they would?" She wasn't so sure. His allowance was already insanely high and he really didn't even do anything to warrant getting any. Her they had cut off when she hit 20. 'You're not a teenager anymore, Razzy darling.'

Psh, screw you, rich parents.

An entire side of the building caved in and every nerve in her body twitched. "Do you think we should figure out how to get them out of there...?"

Another wall crumbled after Van was knocked into it. The pieces scattered everywhere and shakily the Ninetails just barely managed to stand. "Niiine...Niiine..." Heavy, heavy panting.

The Pokemon screeched and opened his mouth to unleash another and probably final attack. But instead, he just collasped.
