ummmm....im clueless about the red clouds thing, but if akatsuki does mean dawn or moon, it could symbolize the sun going down or up, because the clouds turn red.

Kaarii San actually akatsuki means moon the red clouds are aupposedly disrespectful to wear... hmmmmm.... that could be it too.

Well, Aka means red in english and tsuki means moon.... Red moon? I get the red but I guess the red moon can turn the clouds red too? I don't get it... sweatdrop

I was told red clouds was some kind of symbol for war and blood shed (thik back to chunin exams and the first time we saw Garaa's sand coffin). idk, my freind Shaun old me that.

the red clouds i think they were thinking of a cloud of death blood red cloud red its the same thing but its just a guess.

My siblings and I had this conversation before. My sister said "Why do they have red clouds when it means red moon?"
Then my brother said "Maybe the person who was drawing it was drunk?"
And I said "Haha, yeah! XD" But then it became quiet. "..... Why do they have red clouds?"
So we've been thinking about that for a while. >.<"

d3idara-Kijo Zetsumei Does anyone know why the akatsuki chose red clouds? I for some reason, am curious.... hehe.... Well if anyone is curious too, then just post here until someone answers us... hehe.... its because if it was the other cloud, every1 would soon get annoyed by the final fantasy battle victory sound xp xd
