Click Connection > Connect then enter anything as the label partisus.no-ip.info:24842 as the Server Address, your nickname and.. well, anonymous for the radio box thing until Part allows you to register. The rest of the stuff isn't needed until you do, and the --Optional-- stuff is.. optional. =p
Settings > Sound Input / Output settings will allow you change your output volume as well as set your voice send method to either auto depending on sound level, or push to talk which is probably the best thing to use. Ignore the codec at the bottom and activate the test mode to test the voice activation level or if the key you have selected works with push to talk, as some don't.. and that's about all you need to do. =p

Might wanna click Self > Mute Microphone if you are still trying to get it to work and stuff. =)

People just stay connected but don't talk. =p
Usually Darc invites everyone to chat when there will be a lot of talking going on, although I'm sure people do just talk amongst themselves if they both happen to be on and feel like talking. Part and Hell are both AFK though.. and if I talked I would have to kill you or something.. soo ^^

You don't have to talk Dax. You can just join us evil people that hate our voices and are much too shy to talk while listening to Darc sing and Traj act crazy. =p
