I love the new items. I'm trying to keep my avi, but I think I'll make a new one. xD New tails! I think this is the most they filled stores... almost everyone got filled...

I bought the purple kitty collar and the black zoot-suit top. <3
I wanna buy the black zoot-suit jacket too, but it's sort of expensive... sweatdrop

I've never been on Gaia for Halloween before, so tell me- Do these items stay in the stores forever now or do i need to start saving up gold to buy them all?

Once store items are in the store, they stay there forever. I have never seen a store item removed in all the time I've been here. I think they were introduced in time for Halloween, but not neccessarily just for Halloween.
On a different note - my avvie finally saved!

Indeed we are. I feel deliciously girly. ^_^
It took me like four hours and fifty times of hitting the "save changes" button, but mine finally saved as well. I'm so glad for it, too. Tomorrow you'll see tons of them running around,t hough.

As a bellydancer, I find this update particularly awesome. XD No doubt I'll break down and buy ALL the colors eventually. XD
@Sailor_Chibi and toxic valentine - You both look so pretty! And awesome use of that particular Gift of the Goddess; I always liked it, but there was practically nothing to match it. Now there is. : D
