"You're such a worry-wort Ripuka, just like Kika." Maksiasui pouted flattening her ears against her head before shaking herself and smiling once more. "I've only fallen out of a tree once and that was my first time climbing one. Since then I haven't fallen." She exclaimed cheerfully rubbing her side against the bark once more. "Kika caught me when that happened." She stated with a nod.

Ripuka could relate. He had hidden many times in the fluffy fur of his companion Umo. When that white lion demanded for his hide... Umo hide his genet friend in his mane... and that was a good place to hide... nice and warm. He sighed and recalled the safety of his mothers tail... being replaced by Umo's mane.
He watched her rub the tree and shook his head. He was glad she was down from the tree at least. He hated heights and the fact that she was completly comfortable up there astounded him. But he wouldn't show that type of admiration... at least not that much. Yea's... well ye' ish on da ground and da's all I cares about He said, his fluffy tail twitching. Cause I ain't like yer Kika... an' I can't catch ye... I can watch but... not catch ye

Maksia sighed looking up at the branches of the tree one last time before padding off to stand beside Ripuka. "It's okay, I'll stop climbing..." She stated with a nod of her head a fake happy smile decorating her lips. She wanted to pull away from even the subject of Kika. "What do we do now?" She asked with a tilt of her head dark eyes keeping on the other.

Ripuka sighed as she finally gave in to his requests and gave him a statement that would sooth his worryful heart. He nodded his head, his fluffy brush wagging slowly back and forth as she rubbed his dark nose against her cheek. "Yes... I apprecimates eet." He said stubbornly, settling his pale feet under himself and appearing to have no legs anymore, lay down. He tucked his tail around himself and made a comfort rattle noise in his throat.
"Wells... I fink we settles down 'n sleeps' He said simply, his dark eyes looking back at her. "At leasts me' ish... But-" He looked up to the trees with a half grin. "I supposh it be no use ta' not le' ye climb da' tree's... so if ye wants-I will sleep down 'ere and ye' can climbs more... even thou' it makes me nervous..." He said simply. "Jus' cause I 'cant' climbs dun' mean you aint' good at eet."
