If you look carefully at Vinceint in the ending, his hair is softer and his face has more color than we've seen in a while. It shows that he's a little more human now that Chaos isn't a part of him anymore.

to me it wasnt really that important compared to Genesis' return, cant wait for the next piece of the FFVII saga, hopefully they think it out alot more than DoC though

wow I'm like the only one who don't really know who Vinceint is I never got him in the FFVII I need to find out much about him like now!!!

vincent should have died in the ending just like Zack died in the ending of Crisis Core... (Not really a spoiler since people should know if they played FF7 over ten years ago) Then they should have a friend of his or someone become just like him after he passes away. It would make the ending really interesting. Maybe that Genesis guy could have become the next Vincent since he is kind of an odd character anyways.
I really thought they were going to make a second Dirge of Cerberus game because of the secret ending with Genesis, but perhaps the game was a major flop perhaps that maybe they won't make a new one now?

If Vincent died at the end of DOC it would be one thing, but I would not like it if they made someone become "like him" like they did Zack/Cloud. The Shelke/Lucrecia thing is annoying enough.
Leave the dead alone, Square. You'd have thought Aeris was alive in AC, she had more lines and scenes than several living characters.
