Shizuma steped out to his family training ground and smiled then placed his hands together then dashed at a human shaped dummy and stabed at the rectum while calling out. "Thousand Years of Pain!"

Shizuma stood with one hand infront of his face and began to focus his chakra , he could feel his power deep within slowly began to pull it free and his body was surrounded with the light white glow of his families chakra. He smiled and slowly let it seep bck into him. "Nice, this is too easy!"

Shizuma then drew his ninja sword from his back and held it infront of his face and began to focus his white chakra again but this time pushed it forward into his sword.

His sword began to glow a faint white color and and he focused harder trying to make the power more pronounced and stronger.

Shizuma held the blade out with one hand and nodded coldly at the faint glow and continued to chage his chakra into his blade to give it a stronger aura.

Shizuma looked over at a tree and nodded then he held back the blade and ran at it and swung but the chakra did little to strengthen the attack.

Shizuma lept back a few feet then did a lunging strike and focused the chakra to the very tip of the blade and managed a small impact crater.

Disapointed with his work he pulled the blade back and focused a far greater amount of white chakra and did a heavy slash that tore away a clean chunk.

He nodded to himself and swung again and this time smacked the dummy hard enough to dislog it from the ground and send wood chips flying.
