rowanoak5 That's pathetic. In this intro speech thing we had to do in English, my partner told the class my favorite band. Later, on the bus, some guy who was in the class asked me about it and this one girl, trying to show off, said, "I love him!" We all gave her withering glares and I was like, "It's a band, not a person." I've heard similar things with Pink Floyd... It's just pathetic... im not sure if you know but i always forget the two blues artist names that "pink floyd" derived from. i know its Pink Anderson and "something" floyd. do u know?

Electric Magic I think it's rather ironic that people say they hate Zeppelin, because theres plenty of bands today that list Zeppelin as an influence. no whats worse is when people say that they hate led zeppelin but if you ask them what they are listening to, theyll sake like the stair way to heaven or something.....my friend did that once.....i called him out on it and he thought that Def Leppard sang it....I love Def Leppard but jesus they couldnt come up with that....

Hardly anybody in my school even knows who Led Zepp is. gonk Weird, because GnR are really popular here, and usually you at least know Led Zepp's name if you like GnR...

Here, you see loads of Beatles/Dark Side shirts, a few Zeppelin and Hendrix and maybe a few other good bands...

At my school theres one or two Zeppelin shirts, mostly Cannibal Corpse or other metal bands.

They all listen to Soulja Boy...Or whatever his name is...In my school. It's hell! I have only one friend who knows all the bands I like. We were talking about Alice Cooper the other day and the others didn't even know who he was.

People at my school don't really wear band shirts. When they do, it's mostly Zep, the Who, and sometimes the Beatles or the Ramones, except there's this one amazing kid who has like the best taste in music EVER besides like ME, and he has some pretty damn awesome shirts, for instance: Sonic Youth, the Smiths, Led Zeppelin, David Bowie, etc. I think, also, a lot of the people who wear the band shirts don't even really know the band, so I guess the shirts don't really count for anything, eh? xD

Yeah, I know what you mean.
I was wearing my Rush concert shirt today at school, and some kid comes up and asks me if I went to see them. I guess just wearing a shirt with all the dates of the tour is no longer associated with actually going to see them. rolleyes

Haha exactly!
We have uniforms at our school,
and when we have free dress
days here and there, my friend
and I try to find kids with AC/DC
shirts, and run up and go,
"FOR THOSE ABOUT TO ROCK..."
And see what they do. xd
