Apon finishing her History of Magic Lesson, Raina headed down the hall to the Defense against the dark arts classroom. Once again she had to wave her wand to clear the light layering of dust that had fallen on everything since the previous afternoon. Once the room was again clean, and the candelabras hanging on the walls were all lit, Raina busied herself around the room, repairing broken objects that had been overlooked when the semester first began.

((Due to the fact that this class has gotten off to a late start, and I do not have any DADA classes to teach for a while, I will extend this class for a few more days, so please be sure to post between now and the 21st if you want credit for this course))

Lupy walked into the DA classroom, and as usual, took a seat towards the back of the class where he hoped he would be able to slack off a bit. After he sat down and pulled his book out of his bag, he began to look around the room at all of the weird things that sat on the shelves and hung on the walls.

Gabriella walks into the classroom and noticed Lupy had gotten there 1st. She begins to think to herself he must know a short cut. As usual she heads towards the front of the class and gives Lupy a smile. Once she sits in her seat she pulls her books from her bag and smiles at Ms.Raina. Gabby laughs and says to Ms. Raina, "I hope you're not getting tired of seeing the same faces all the time"

Sam bounded into the room joyfully, and after waving a hand at their teacher, and then waving at lupy, she dropped her bag down by a desk in the second row, and then squatted down next to it while she dug out her books and stuff.

" Hi Sam" said Gabby as she smiled." Glad to see you finally made it to class. I thought you were going to be late" Do you have time after school today to study? "I'm getting together a study group, I thought it would be more fun. Since i'm too scared to invite Lupy would you ask him for me?"

"Well, as you know, i'm not a big fan of studying, but if we can do it outside, or even play a bit of quiditch afterwards, then Sure, why not" She said smiling and laughing.

Lupy over heard the girls talking and moved up behind gabby and restted his left hand on the back of her chair. "Did I hear some one say something about Quiditch?" he asked as he gave them each a charming smile.

Raina tapped her wand on the desk to draw everyone's attention "I"m glad to see you are all getting along so well, Now lets get down to business" and she waited for the students to do as she had asked.

Gabriella beamed as she looked back and saw Lupy right there, her heart only stopped for a second before Ms. Raina brought her attention back to the class. Gabriella decides to be bold and scribbles a quick note to Sam that says( Yes, we'll play quidich, we'll discuss more details after class) then P.S pass to Lupy after you read this.

LaAngel Nicole walked in the room and apologizes to Ms. Raina. "Sorry my last class ran a little later then i expected. One of the students became ill and passed out so i assisted the teacher in helping her to take Eve to the nurse. I hope she'll be ok".

"I hope so too" Said Raina as she watched the class assemble, and then once they had each taken their seats she picked up a small figurine from her desk and holding it in her palm, looked at the class and said "Alright, lets get started, Who can identify this creature" she said pointing her wand at the miniature grindylow that sat in her hand un moving.

Sam read the note and smiling, nodded to Gabby before folding it into a plain and sending it flying to Lupy and then turning to Raina. She looked at the little figure in the professors hand and for a second had a brain fart before she remember what it was that she was holding, Remembering the name of the little creature, she raised her hand quickly into the Air and said "a grindylow?"

"Very good Miss. Scott" raina said smiling at the young lady before her "five points for gryffindor i think" she said nodding her head towards Samantha. "Alright now can anyone tell me where a grindylow lives?"
