Leoven chuckled. Or at least he tried to chuckle but it sounded nervous and weird and definitely not manly enough. The flower did look awfully nice though. It really went with the purple sections of his jacket. "There's nothing I'd like more than to take you away with me." he said quietly "Because quiet frankly I hate this place. Shall we head back?" he asked, after confessing a little more than he should have. He shouldn't have admitted that he liked Mika a little bit more than a friend right now, and he certainly should not have voiced his views about the castle.

"We can go back.." Mika said with a small smile up at his friend, "I did rather have the feeling that the goblin kingdom didnt really agree with you so much.." he let one of his hands fall away from Leoven's arm so he could walk beside him easier. "And who knows..? Maybe one day you can take me to the Unseelie kingdom.." he stepped carefully over a large crack in the floor, "And Leoven, for the record, if there is ever anything you dont want to tell me, just simply say "Mika, that is no concern of yours.." Rather than doing that little chuckle thing, though terribly endearing it didnt suit you in the slightest.." he smiled up at the unseelie, "You'd be far better suited to a dark chuckle, not a booming evil laugh, but certainly not somthing that squeaky.." he smiled, "Anyway, how about a game of chess..? Winner gets to choose dinner and kick the goblin waiter out the window..."

The Unseelie gave Mika an amused look. "You know for someone as cute as you, you certainly are twisted." he said with a much deeper laugh this time. "And a game of chess would be wonderful. Although the last time I played it was with a rather freakishly clever pirate and he won my pocketwatch afterwards. Bloody pirates."

The game of chess had gone rather well in Mika's opinion, he could have played worse concidering he haddnt really been playing the game at all long. He'd won one game out of the set they had played which had made him happy, though he haddnt stolen any further time piece from his unseelie friend. Dinner had been a relitively uneventful event, the food was passable if not drasttically interesting. The goblins it seemed didnt bother with ariety when Jareth was away, and MIka was of the opinion they probably didnt even bother about it when he was here either. He had sat with Echo for a little while when some oficial business had come up and Leoven had been called on to look over it as the goblin advisor himself was frankly a little less than intelligent and had a liking for trying to turn pages with his toes while reading with his elbows, apparently they worked better than his eyes. Eitehr way Eho had been pleasnt enough companny for him, a little mournful and apparently feeling by far less than well.. calling for Dr Sho might be on the cards it seemed, but that would have ot wait for another day, El Rey had come bursting and had smuggled Echo away again, apprently he wanted to explore and couldnt possibly do so himself.. it was quite the weird friendship Mika reflected as he reclined on a plush sofa like construction that appeared to be made up mostly of cussions.. it was rather comfy.. now he just needed Leoven to come back and the day would be much better.

Leoven returned after a meeting that was far longer than was really nessessary. Honestly those goblins were idiots, it was amazing that they ever survived as a species. He only hoped that El Rey hadn't warped his guest too much, or dragged him to some obscure part of the castle to laugh at small insects. He could only wonder. His friend Echo seemed ok, but in his opinion anyone who would willingly spend time with the Goblin King must have something seriously wrong with them. He returned to the small drawing room where they had been playing earlier, feeling less than happy.

Mika looked up as the door opened, still nestled quite contentedly into the large cusion construction.. it really was rather comfy he reflected, having been settled there for quite a while now. he couldnt help but smile when her finally sw the slender figure of the unseelie enter the room again. "Leoven!" He called out happily, trying, and mostly failing to push himself up from the squishy prison he had found and ended up simply wriggling a little bit, squeaking without meaining to as one of the cusions simply gave up and flomped ontop of him.

Leoven was delighted to find that his friend was still where he'd left him, and not exposed to the bizareness that was the king of El Dorado. He laughed softly at the pixies attempt to get up from his seat and the cute noise he made and decided it was probably a better idea if he sat down as opposed to Mika getting up. He took a seat next to him on the rather overstuffed monstrosity. "I'm so sorry about all that." he said "But someone needs to tke care of things while the kings away, and I've been here the longest. I hope you weren't too bored were you?"

Mika smiled slightly as he finally managed to dislodge the cusion that had taken rest on top of him and shook his head, "I was quite well, I amused myself by trying to get some of the small goblnis to pass messages to some of the grumpy looking guards for me.. most of them rolled quite well down the corridoor I noticed..." the pixie chuckled again and tucked his legs up to his chest letting his arms fall around them, he was relaxed when he was with Leovan, it was nice. "It doesnt seem right htough, somehow, an Unseelie running the goblin kingdom..?" He chuckled quietly, "Heavens Leoven, the Goblin King must trust you a great deal with his courtiers.. such as they are.." he smiled slightly more at the Unseele and snuggled back against the slightly lumpy sofa thing. "Though I can see why he would.." the pale pixie added thoughtfully, letting his smaling gaze linger on his friend.. he liked Leoven.. and was definately of the mind that if it came to it he'd trust the other as well..

Leoven paused for a moment, as if struck dumb by the Pixie's words. For the first time since his arrival he began to doubt his cause and finally realised the real reason behind his caution. Before that moment, they had only been friends. But with the unfamiliar lurch of the unseelie's heart he was suddenly shoved into reality. The idea of ending this right away occured to him, but he was too deeply involved. He had already done too much for the cause, sent too much information and conspired against everyone he knew to be able to get away without punishment. And yet he could not bring himself to leave Mika either, even though it would spare them both a lot of pain. He had gone too far and there was no turning back.

Mika slowly quirked an eyebrow at the unseele, what had he said that had stunned him so..? He seemed to have fallen entirely silent for the moment.. Leaning slightly closer to his friend he lifted a hand and wiggled his fingers in fron tof Leovens' face.. "Are you okay..?" he asked quietly, slight concern showing on his face.. "You seem to have, well.. I dont know, I hope you didnt forget how to speak though, that would be really unfortunate.." he smiled very slightly, the worry not leaving his eyes however as he lowered his hand down to rest on the back of one of the Unseele's paler ones. "Did somthing I said upset you Leoven...?"

Leoven found hinself brought back to his senses and smiled at the pixie beside him. "Oh it was nothing. You just seemed to imply that I was in some way trustworthy and...well I find it very flattering." said the unseelie, rather awkwardly. "But I assure you there's nothing wrong. Nothing at all."

"I didnt just imply it, I meant it.." the pixie replied, settling back against the back of the stuffed.. thing, letting his head come to rest on the shoulder of the unseelie, it was a little pointy, then then Leoven was about as willowly as you could get really.. "As long as you're okay though, it doesn't matter.." he said quietly, twitches his nose as it was tickled by a strand of the dark brown hair. "Do you suppose the Goblin King will be away for long..?" Mika mused aloud, not seemingly planning to move away from where he was currently resting. "Just out of curiosity, I'm sure he'll be really pleased with how you're taking care of his kingdom.."

Leoven gave Mika a carefully placed grin, to hide his unease. "Oh I don't know. I really have no idea how things are done here, so for the moment I'm just winging it. But there seems to be fewer burning this time around. So I guess practise makes perfect." It was true, the goblins had been a lo more obediant not that they had grown used to him. That, and he had met a rather interesting young elf who had helped him adjust the city's economy, so that there was more food and wine to go around.
