Piro stays some distance away, in a defensive position as he circles Fury. He looks at Fury with a smile. "This might take awhile, just warning you." He says as he readies himself for the next barrage.

Alright, I'm changing my action to stun as it's the only thing I can do now. sweatdrop
((Do recall that technically, you're allowed to change your action to stun in the Q&A as they said, "the only action you're allowed to take while stunned is attempting to stun the opponent." before the resolution of the round.))
So then, here's my stun roll, even to stun, as always.

That doesn't really help you... rolleyes
Excerpt from FAQ's:
"If somebody stuns you and removes your ability to use an action or a spell, the only action or spell you may take that turn is to attempt to stun them back and prevent them from using actions or spells either. It's not normally all that helpful, but it can be useful if you have an action or spell that does damage in addition to the stun, or if they can use more than one action or spell per turn."

Well, when I made the post I had been under the impression that stunning also prevented your Special Attack. Now I don't think it does. Anyway, results for the round, assuming it doesn't help. I just wish it was legal to change my dice to attack now that I knew I was stunned. If I could I would be doing... Nothing? I forgot to roll my dice again xp Oops.
Piro blocks a grand total of 0 damage ((Woo)) and deals his standard 2 vindictive damage. As for Fury, he deals 10 damage to Piro, albeit taking 2 damage which is promptly healed right up.
Results:
Piro 6/20 Fury 25/25
Next Round, Fury opens.

Piro falls back as Fury steps away. Taking a defensive stance and easily blocking the Spiritual Fist.
He pants heavily as he glares at Fury. "This duel isn't really going my way." He closes his eyes lightly as he focuses.

Forgot my dice roll... again, although without the stun it's guarenteed to succeed at blocking your spiritual fist.
Anyway, the results:
Piro 8/20 ((Sorry about the mistyping in my below post.))
Fury 20/20

Piro continued his focusing. His eyes stay closed, although he continues moving in a circle around Fury. He moves slowly on one foot at a time, waiting for the next session of battle.

Fury moves in, intent on Piro's counter strategy. Once again seeking to pierce the highly effective defense that has been erected, his hands move in a blinding pattern. Touching forbidden pressure points, Fury gambles once again on the Gods of chance. The Spiritual Fist eagerly dances in anticipation...

Piro finally loses the match.
Fury again stuns him, preventing Piro from using Defensive Hold, and deals 10 points of damage, killing Piro even if his healing is instead shifted to the beginning of the round.
Piro of course, isn't able to pierce Fury's defenses at all, as ever.
Now that I look at it, I think you outmatched me in this style. Anyway, I'll keep my end of the bargain, I'll design a banner for you to use with your stats.
sweatdrop Anyway, if you don't mind... I'd like to continue the RP immediately, I did after all lose at exactly 0, and no further under, right?))
Piro pants heavily in a crouch on the ground. "Much greater... offensive emphasis, my goal is to guard, but you at least blend it with a strong strike. Still..."
He gets up and already seems slightly more vigorous. "I would ask you to... join a group I was going to set up... but..." He closes his eyes again, and the last of the bruises heal.
"You're not the same level of emphasis on defense as I am. You might be able to defend yourself, but you aren't worthy of the title. You can only defend yourself, and no more."
Piro looks at Fury with a sad expression. "If I had been slightly different, I might have been you. Maybe."
He steps away. "If you want to join my group, you need to learn to protect your friends, not just yourself." He waves. "I have... business for now. Jane." he says, as he walks away down the road.

"Thank you sir, for your words of wisdom. I promise I shall consider them carefully. Please, I require no banner for myself; though I will accept yours as a token of our exchange. As you can see the one I carry is sufficient for my needs. I also vow to use my healing ability at every possible chance to aid my comrades; to better their chances at survival. I have learned much in this battle of ours; Once again I thank you." With that Fury turns to go, somewhat saddened that Sir Piro seems so devastated by his loss. Perhaps in time, Fury thinks to himself, he will learn to value the lessons of defeat as well as victory... During his reflection, Fury unfurls the banner that Piro rewarded him for his efforts. "A truly gifted artist, I will treasure it always. But as I said before, my current banner is sufficient to my needs." Rolling the banner up and replacing it within his carry sack, Fury continues on his way.
