The ONLY way I'd give myself animal features would be if more than 40 people in my town did it. I wouldn't want to be the only person with cat-like parts on me in my town. People would think I was a freak.
It'd have to be a well-known procedure for me to want to try it.
And most likely, if you're going to get yourself any sort of tail, it would HAVE to be painful. Rememeber all the leg growing pains you have when you're still young and growing? Imagine that happening in less than a day. I believe the pain would come from all those bones growing in a matter of a few hours.

I don't know...I think most people would want this to happen out of sheer indulgence. It could cause problems. I guess we'll have to wait and see what happens.

I dunno about that, but I would settle for a few physical changes; like weight, height, muscle tone and the such. But then again by the time that's anywhere near capable I'll be in my 70's or 80's so if they could make me 20 again I'll take that.

There is always a chance it could be possible.But knowing the government they would make it a weapon somehow just like everything else.

I don't know, the entire notion of it all sounds so fascinating, but in the end I still wonder why?
I'm paranoid but I'd get the feeling that something wasn't right. I mean, they're changing your dna, right? What if it doesn't just cause you to change your body, what if it affected your personality, maybe even make you more like an animal than a human.
Also, you've got to deal with people, I can't help but feel after a while something like a repeat of the witch burnings at salem would happen.
People get scared, really scared, especially those narrow minded people. And a group of scared human beings is one of the scariest things around.
It could lead to massacres.
Now don't get me wrong, being a cat girl would be a very interesting experience, maybe even fun...
but then also, I think about this.
You know this isn't like a tattoo, this is dna change again. What if you want to have kids? Will they be a cat person too, they don't get a choice in the matter would they?
Sorry if you think I am a spoil sport. Apart from all the paranoia and such, yeah it would be awesome to be an anthro.
