"Its not a problem. What is the land and the trees here for if not to help us?" she smiled. "Will you be needing anything else?"
She was mildly curious of both of them because, aside from coat colour, she had picked up on other differences. Even if they both had been here a short while, they carried a distinct aroma each, and there was their physical being too. From what she could see of Khepri, was an impressive size. And Kota was no tiny thing either. Although to be fair to Tamu, she only had her father and brothers as comparison.

The dark male smiled gratefully at the young female. "This be true lass, my ma always tol' me tha' tha worl' was ere to elp us not inder us, despite what we be thinkin." Giving as brisque nod he chuckled eyeing Tamu and flickering his long tail. "Na lassy, ye ave done pleny, if ye ever need an elpin and, jus' ye call on me lassy an ah'll be appy ta elp ye."
Tilting his head gently he looked to Khepri then to the young female. "Ye look like ye ave a question on ya mind lass, out wit it, aint no good keepin' thought in" he grinned that roguish grin a wink tilting his dark pale streaked head.

She wasn't quite prepared for his insistence that she speak her mind. She had always thought it was impolite, particularly if the questions on her mind were rather probing and personal. Tamu had a million questions she could have asked, but, falling foul of her childish curiosity, only one popped up straight away.
"Do all the lions speak like you do in the rest of the lands?"

"Haha!" The dark male grinned and shook his head, it wasn't the question he expected, where do you come from, he had expected but a question on his accent, no. He shook his large hairy head and smiled lightly "Na lassy, me an mah mate 'ere, we're prolly the ony ones who talk tha way we do, I learned mah language from a seagull when I was a vury young lad in tha pri' lan's. It jus' kina stuck." He smiled his dark eyes turning to look within the den at his sleeping mate.
"If ye'll excuse me na lassy, I be thinkin I'll administer that thar plant to mah mates woun'" He grinned cheekily. "If ye ave any more questions though, jus' gi me a sout." He gave another cheery little nod and padded off in to the den, Khepri needed the plant and he was fairly sure that Tamu wouldn't mind him excusing himself.

Tamu did feel a little awful for asking such a question, she knew personal traits to be a touchy subject at times. But he appeared to take it all in his stride and gave a somewhat surprising answer. She would have the porbed further to find out what a seagull actually was.
It looked like Kota and Khepri would need some resting time though. She was in no condition for company, and he looked worse for wear for the worry he'd been put through.
Tamu smiled at him and gave him a polite nod.
"I'll be back to see how she's doing in a day or two, but it looks like you both need some rest," she said pleasantly, and bid her farewell, bounding off in a very cub-like, energetic way.
It felt good tobe helpful.
