Vegan Essentials

I've wanted to become a vegan for awhile but all I can really do in this house is slow my intake of cheese and such.
lol.
I drink virtually no milk (unless its in a bolw of cereal but even then it's only to dampen it when i run out of ricemilk,LOL)
Cheese would be a problem tho. My mom would NEVER want to buy a soy cheese or anything like that for me. =[
Mabye after I move out (but my BF is a big meat eater, and I can only limit him so much before he'd freak out or something, lol)

I guess when I move out of my parent's house and if i live with my boyfreind(after i'm 18 mind you!) I can go vegan, just put the vegan butter into an old butter container, the boy will never know! lol!
