"We'll have to plan sometime you you to sleep over then!" She grinned, clapping her hands together like a small child. "Or I should throw a sleepover for a whole bunch of the Ouran students for Halloween! We can stay up late, and watch movies and the like."
Mitsuko seemed excited. Watching movies at night with friends was something common people did often with their friends, she knew. It would be nice to spend some time with the other Ouran students like that.
Reaching out a tentative finger, the girl stroked the rabbit gently on the head for a moment, before laughing. "Pets are hard to take care of - especially if you have both a cat, and a dog. Mine tend to get along pretty well, though they do have their sqabbles."
Mitsuko almost absent mindedly pet Rose as she looked at the dress with a tilted head. "It really is incredible though, Minori-chan! I never knew you could make such pretty clothing!" Then, a small frown found it's way over her face as she scanned the dress, "Something...wrong?"

"That would be interesting." Minori grinned. A Halloween sleepover? Well, it was different from dressing up and going door to door and asking for candy, that was for sure. But it did sound fun. ...Maybe except the watching horror movies part. She'd probably hide behind someone's back and ask when the scary parts were over, and she could look again.
"Well, true. Her Highness wouldn't like sharing attention with a dog, would you?" Minori raised an eyebrow at the spoilt kitten. True, it was partly her fault for the kitten's attitude. Then again, Rose didn't really mind sharing attention with Sage...but it wasn't as if the rabbit wanted to hog the spotlight.
The girl bit her lip with an embarrassed smile. "Well, being in the Sagawa family helps, I guess." It was all about taking over the fashion company when she grew up. But really, the girl did enjoy fashion designing.
"Somehow..." Minori said slowly. "It's a little too plain, I think. Mom would probably say that I have to be more creative."

"Wouldn't it?" Mitsuko returned Minori's grin with one of her own, before giggling. "And we can always do other things. Trick or Treating, and all that. Or, we can be the ones who give out the treats." But of course, the girl hadn't forgotten about the main part of Halloween - the candy. Something like that wouldn't ever slip Mitsuko's mind.
"Her highness?" She repeated, with a smile. "Well, some dogs are pretty friendly things, and might willingly let Rose boss them around." Her pets were like that, to say the least. The ever happy go luck Alimet always - or usually - let Razi boss him around, whether it be to surrender the couch, or to give him a ride around the house.
Leaning over, to examine the dress closer, Mitsuko found herself grinning. "It helps perhaps, but being a Sagawa doesn't mean you automatically can make dresses like this, Minori-chan! You have a lot of skill and talent!" It took a lot to surprise the cheerful girl, and right now, Mistuko was both surprised and beaming with pride for her friend.
"Too plain?" She bounced back a couple of steps, almost falling in the process. "Hhm..."

"And we can dress up!" Minori smiled. That was her other favorite part of Halloween, besides the candy of course. Seeing all the little kids dress up and ring the doorbells, and after getting their candy, the glee on their faces was simply...indescribable. The girl loved holidays.
"She thinks she's royalty." The girl sighed. "I guess it's my fault, really." Giving in to the kitten's demands seemed to okay at first, but now, it was definetely wrong. "Perhaps." Minori was unconvinced though, Rose would probably fight with a puppy for attention.
"Well, thanks." The girl smiled tentatively. It wasn't everyday she got compliments; the one from her father didn't count much, besides, he always got discouraged by her mother.
"She says I need more creativity." The girl said, scratching Sage's ears absent-mindedly and picked Rose up. Plopping herself down on a cushion, she let the two down from her arms and forced a smile on her face. "Let's talk about something else." Brown eyes twinkled as they looked up her friend. "So...have any boyfriends yet, Mitsuko?" The girl suspected that Roka had feelings for her good friend, though she wasn't exactly sure.

"Of course!" Mitsuko nodded with enthusiasm. "What should I be?" Looking thoughtful, she glanced down at herself, knitting her brows together. Maybe a fairy, or something? "Any ideas, Minori-chan? And what're you going to be?" She grinned, seeming very excited with the coming of Halloween. This was going to be fun!
Giggling, the girl smiled at the kitten. "Well, maybe she really is royalty. Princess of the feline species?" She suggested, with a grin. Hey, it was unlikely, but it could happen! Or that's how things worked in Mitsuko's mind. She had quite the imagination, to say the least.
"No problemmm~" She sang, still looking at the dress. When Minori spoke, she looked up, a small frown on her face. 'She'? Who was this 'she' that Minori was referring to?
Before Mitsuko could ask, the girl had changed the topic. Deciding it was for the best, the bronze-haired girl blinking, before giggling. "Of course not, silly! I'm pretty sure no one likes me in that way." Then, tilting her head, she tapped at her chin and rose her brows playfully. "And you, Minori-chan?"

Hmm...Maybe a princess, or cosplay?"The girl suggested, as she hugged her legs to her chest. " Sam and the others back home seemed to like cosplaying these days. Them and their obsession with anime characters. "I'm not sure, really." She hadn't planned a Halloween costume yet.
"To her, perhaps." Minori grinned, as she ruffled the kitten's fur. As Rose protested with a huffed meow, she stuck out her tongue. "All she needs is her throne, crown and scepter, and a kingdom to rule over." Perhaps this kingdom was Minori's room; well, or some other places Rose liked to go to.
"Why not?" A tilt of her head. "You're a nice girl, Mitsuko." Then, she grinned rather embarrassedly. "Well, no. Uh..not really, I mean, uh..." She stumbled slightly, a pink blush crossing her cheeks. Takumi had only asked her out, which didn't exactly count that they were dating.

Mitsuko stratched the back of her head sheepishly. "I wouldn't make a very good princess, Minori-chan. On top of the face that I'd have to be wearing a long dress, I'd have to wear some sort of fancy shoes - probably heels - with it." That, to say the least, would not go well. Falling down on Halloween was the last thing that she wanted to do. "But, but, Minori-chan! You'd make a very pretty princess! Graceful too!"
"Well," Mitsuko laughed as Rose stuck out her tongue, "She's a princess in her own mind, at least." No one could deny the kitten of that...Though it was still a rather humorous thought.
"Hhhhm?" Frowning thoughtfully, the girl tilted her own head. "I don't know. I just don't think anyone will like me in that way." She grinned, giving a little shake of her head. She always was told that she was a rather happy, childish girl and that she didn't fit in well with most other wealthy people. Though she had made plenty of friends - including males - she didn't think it was likely they'd hold any affection for her in that way.
Mitsuko's mouth dropped open for a moment in surprise before her whole face lit up. Quickly, she sat down on the ground, tugging on her friend's sleeve, asking her to do the same. "You're blushing, Minori-chan! Mind telling me about it?"

There was a slight grin as Minori remembered Mitsuko's scenes of clumsiness, which usually involved that of high heels. "Well, how about a witch?" She suggested. She could just envision Mitsuko in a cute black outfit with a witch's hat, flanked with a black cat familiar. "A princess?" The girl laughed. "Maybe. I'm not really up for wearing long dresses though." She preferred short dresses, to tell the truth.
"Oh yeah?" Minori shot back. "I wouldn't be surprised, if one day, a guy comes up to me and asks me how to court you." Brown eyes twinkled mischievously.
"Uh." The girl's face turned a deeper shade of pink. "It's...uh...nothing. I mean, he only asked me out. It doesn't mean that Takumi and I are dating or anything. " She rushed, almost stumbling over some of her words.

At Minori's suggestion, Mitsuko's eyes lit up, before she gave a delighted nod. "A witch sounds like fun!" The way the girl grinned, it seemed that her mind was set. "I'll get a witch's costume then...with a few adjustments here and there." What Mitsuko had planned was certainly a mystery by this point. "And oh, Minori-chan? Hhm...What should you be then?" Furrowing her brows, she looked at her friend.
Mitsuko made a face at Minori's comment, sticking out her tongue. "I WOULD be surprised if that ever happened." Her own bright, green eyes met Minori's, amusement in them. "I bet you it's not going to happen!" She said, confidently. It was hard to tell what Mitsuko's opinion was on the matter.
Listening carefully to what Minori was saying, it took the girl a few moments to process everything in her head. When she did, she let out a startled 'oh!', standing up abruptly with her whole face lit up. "Minori-chan! You and Takumi-kun?" Mitsuko smiled, mentally gleeing at the thought of her two friends.

Minori smiled. A witch's costume would certainly look good on Mitsuko. "I'm not sure." The girl furrowed her eyebrows, thinking. She hadn't really put much thought in the matter. Her eyes flickered to the lace dress for a minute, but after further thought, she rolled her eyes. That could hardly be considered as a Halloween costume.
"It could happen though." The brunette remarked. "Love is crazy sometimes." She should know; Minori had weird love experiences. Which confused her to no end.
"Well, no, I...er..." The girl was flustered. Talking about love certainly wasn't easy, even though it wasn't the first time she had to spill about love problems. "I mean...I like him...but he probably thinks of me as a friend...I mean, it was just for fun really. Cause I told him Dad's been bugging me on whether I have a boyfriend."

Following Minori's gaze to the dress, Mitsuko chewed on her bottom lip thoughtfully. "Y'know, Minori-chan, with a few adjustments, that'd make a lovely costume if you wanted." She commented, eying the dress carefully. It'd depend on what she'd want to be, of course.
Mitsuko covered her mouth to laugh, "Well, maybe someday!" She chirped, cheerfully, "It'd be nice to be in a relationship someday, but until then, I'll be happily single." She grinned, locking her fingers together and stretching.
"But Minori-chan," Mitsuko protested, tapping at her chin, "If Takumi-kun only liked you as a friend, he wouldn't have asked you out regardless whether or not you were joking, right?" The girl looked thoughtful, before adding, "If I were a guy, and I only saw a girl as a friend, I wouldn't asked her out on something that suspiciously seems like a date."

Minori grinned. "I'm not sure what costume it would be though." That design had suddenly popped into her mind. "Or maybe...I could be a genie?" Those exotic costumes would be so fun to make.
"Well..." The brunette locked her fingers together, unsure as her feelings got into a turmoil. "But...it's just a friendly date." Then she gave a tentative smile. "I mean, we are in the world of rich families after all." Where having good family relations was extremely important.

Surprised, Mitsuko glanced from Minori, to the dress, and then back, a grin spreading over her face. "Hey! You'd make a really pretty genie! There's your costume idea, then!" The girl smiled, before stretching. "So then I'm a possibly-likely witch, and you're a possibly-likely genie!"
As Minori spoke, the girl could feel a small smile of her own spread over her face, as she gave her friend a pat on the shoulder. "Rich families...there are a lot of cons to being wealthy, hm?" After a moment of thought, she added, "A lot of us seem to disregard the whole 'making family relations' thing though." She pointed out. "Besides, Takumi-kun really might like you, and just not know it yet."

Okay, so now, the Halloween costume thing was solved. Minori was to be a genie, and Mitsuko was to be a witch. In her head, she was already planning out what fabrics to use and what to buy.
"Yeah." The girl's shoulders slumped. The, a small smile spread across her face. "Well...maybe. But..." There was a slight laugh. "I seem to have no luck in the romance department."

Mentally, Mitsuko was beaming with excitement. Halloween was going to be so much fun! They would have to hold a party, or something! Maybe a sleepover...
For a moment, Mitsuko found her thoughts falling over the witch costume idea, and she frowned. Her parents were always no-nonsense, logical people, but she couldn't help but wonder what her maids would say - especially Aya-chan. They were all rather superstitious people and, when it came to Mitsuko, would probably think something brighter and less 'evil' would suit the girl. Like a princess, or something.
Pushing her thoughts away for now, Mitsuko pat Minori's shoulder. "No luck?" She repeated. Did that mean Minori had been in some relationship or something, before? Not wanting to prod, the girl smiled at her friend. "Everybody's luck is bound to change. Besides, you just told me moments ago that love was crazy. Who's to say that Takumi-kun doesn't have any feelings for you?"
