Glancing to the house, Curry thought for a moment before looking back to her, "Just about half of the family here lives there, the other half is scattered between the small houses and the house near the fountain..." He let that hang in the air before going on, "I live in the house as well, though, so I know not many are in today..."

Bri looked around in her dreamlike state to the houses around the edges she hadn''t really noticed before. "So...this is like one big family town..." She murmured. "who''s the head of the Family?" She knew that where she came from Maylera kept a motherly watch on them, was it the same here?
