After being seriously injured during the final battle against the vultures, Ilori went traveling with his lover Sepoko, but now he's returned home, and hopes to help train younger lions, since he can no longer fight due to his injuries.

Short profile (personality, history): Born into the pride in its golden age, Homu was in his adolescence when it was attacked and taken over by the birds. His parents died in the fighting, his father defending his mother, and he was taken captive, becoming a slave. He was freed with the rest when the lions claimed victory, but he's much changed and rather at a loss what to do with himself now. His fighting, idealistic personality was beaten out of him, leaving him soft spoken and downright grumpy most of the time. He doesn't like others much, though he hasn't lost his gentleman's spirit towards females. A female can get him to do just about anything by appealing to that side of him.

His skills lie mostly in hunting, where his dun colored fur is an assent. It was his primary duty as a slave and its what he knows best, meaning its also the most comfortable thing for him to do.

Short profile (personality, history): Upon meeting Ilori, and soon after, Sepoko, out in the rogue lands, Makhi decided to offer her new friend his greatest wish, providing Ilori the family he desires by playing the part of surrogate mother, and aunt to the coming cubs. Having never known a home, or family, it is also something she desires, and after hearing much about the pride they were traveling to where they planned to have the cubs safely, she felt the desire to join them in becoming a part of the pride who held those she cared about most.
