Azure followed Adora to headquarters. "Uhm..." Azure had to think about all the stuff that had happened to him since he had last seen Adora. He had been a child then. "I have a little sister now." Azure told her, that was the first thing he thought of since it had one of the biggest effects on his life. "I've been taking care of her. I've had to grow up a lot myself I guess." Azure shrugged his shoulders it was kind of old news, but thats how long it had been since they had seen each other. Azure politely held the headquarters door open for Adora to let her in.

"A little sister? Aw!" She giggled and let go azures hand to slip inside. "How did this happen? Whats her name? Can I meet her sometime?" Her emerald eyes sparkled in the light, the female truely loving children. Perhaps one of her traits passed down from her father.

Azure chuckled quietly. "Well, she's not blood or anything. But she had been sick for awhile, and I was the first pae she met after she got better. When I got older, the human that had been taking care of her left her in my charge. I'm kind of young to be her dad so I've just been her big brother." Azure rocked his head back and forth, that had been a kind of long story. "Her name is Tray, err Trager." Azure nodded his head, because of the deal he had with Raken it would probably be best for Adora to meet Trager eventually. "Sometime, sure. She can be kind of bratty though."

"Thats okay...majority of my family isn't blood either. Grandma just adopted them all." She shrugged and started walking towards the kitchen, not wanting the flowers to die or wilt any. "Tragers a cute name! And she'll grow out of it. Most kids do when they hit teen stage." She giggled. "At least thats what I'm hoping with some of my aunts."

He smiled at Adora, "There's nothing wrong with it, I just..." Azure quieted himself, there was really no reason for him to tell anyone Trager wasn't blood it made no difference and it wasn't really something people should care about. "Yeah, I hope she does." Azure followed Adora to the kitchen and searched through the cupboards. He had heard something about peanut butter sandwhiches so he looked for the peanut butter.

Adora winced. Something felt...awkward with all of this...wrong. She sighed and opened the breadbox, pulling out a pack. "Azure I..." Another sigh "Nevermind." The female took out a butter knife.

Azure pulled the peanut butter out of the kitchen cabinet, but he continued to look inside of it. He was trying to hide the fact his smile had disappeared. Azure took a giant gulp of air before he turned around and set the peanut butter on the cabinet. "What is it?" he asked. Azure could feel the awkwardness too. They couldn't go the whole time without bringing up the deal with Raken, it didn't seem likely.

"...I'm sorry...about...uncle raken." She looked down at the knife in her hands, her face shining in its reflection. "...Do you love her?" She flinched slightly, setting down the blade. "Dyas I mean."

"Its not your fault." Azure told her honestly. "And I'll learn to deal with Raken eventually... I hope." Azure opened the lid off of the peanut butter and found a spoon to dig into it so that he could take a bite. Azure instantly choked on the peanut butter after he had set it in his mouth. After he had stopped choking on the peanut butter and swallowed he looked at Adora. "What?" Azure took a deep breath. "I don't know... I mean love..." Azure chuckled hesitantly. It was such a big word, he couldn't say that he loved Dyas. That seemed to much of a binding word and Azure felt he was to young to make decisions like that. Azure shook his head. "No I don't." his voice was flat.

She rubbed her arm with a hand, looking at him from the corner of her eyes. "You don't know, or you don't?" In truth...adora couldn't help but...feel a bit jealous. She had known azure longer...they were good friends too...why Dyas? What was so different? The hybrid tightly closed her eyes and opene the plastic bag to get out four white bread slices.

Azure didn't like the idea of playing Adora so that he could be friends with Dyas. This was exactly the thing that Azure didn't like about Raken's clause. Azure dropped the spoon he had grabbed into the sink as he walked towards Adora. "I'm not sure of a lot of things right now, but one thing I am sure of is that you've been my friend longer then anyone else." Azure whispered softly to Adora as he stood next to her and wrapped his arm around her.

She stiffened as his arm appeared around her before slowly relaxing and leaning against him, her head falling onto his shoulder. "I'm sorry, I really am Azure...I'm sorry..." She whispered back, hands falling from the bread. "It was the only thing I could think of...Raken said it was so you wouldn't date Dyas, and it was the only way you could see her. And...and...and..."

Azure shook his head. "Please... Adora... don't be sorry. There's nothing to be sorry for." Azure spoke softly, trying to comfort her any way he could. With the way Adora was talking about it, Azure was surprised that she had agreed with Raken, but he didn't ask her about it. "Lets forget about that stuff alright? We're going to make some sandwhiches and then go on a nice piknic." Azure took a deep breath and closed his eyes.

She sighed and pulled to the side, away from him. "yeah yeah. I guess." Adora opened her eyes and moved to the refrigerator. She opened the door. "...Grape or strawberry jelly?"

"Uhm, grape sounds good." Azure replied. "I'm not sorry that we're together now. I just would've like it to happen under different circumstances." Azure had wanted a natural relationship, and this didn't seem to be it. Especially with all the awkward moments they had already had.
