Ris jumped at the sudden break in the silence. She hadn't noticed that he was carrying a person. She shivered and hugged her jacket closer around her.

ris he said over in his mind.
ris
he would have to talk to her.
the small one in his arms began to squirm as he held her gently. he shushed her and held her closer; she was fading. she began to mutter sumthing that was much to quiet to understand fully. he turned around and said, "let's hurry Ris! run! we must save her!" so they ran and ran and ran.

Reina coughed, her fever was going up and her skin was burning. She passed out now.

She ran as fast as she could without tramping down the two people infront of her, the cold air she panted in made her throat cold.

they made it safely to his house, a plain, one room house with no furnishings and no pluming. the wood had long since started to rot.
jasper set the small one in the middle of the room, making sure to be gentle. she was running a fever. how the hell does one catch a fever in the coldest place of all worlds?
"Ris," jasper said, "go get some snow"
"she's running a fever"

Ris looked a little shocked at the request, but walked outside anyways. "Snow... I guess it's the same as an ice pack..." She thought. She grabbed a big handful of snow and balled it up, so it was easier to carry. She brought it back inside and handed it to the guy.
"I'm sorry, you never told me your name..." She told him.

"i'm so sorry," he said, "my name is jasper"
he put the snow around the small girl's neck and upon her forhead, watching it melt ever so quickly. this was not working. he put his hand in the center of her chest, and releced a tiny bit of his coldness. a few minets later, she was sitting up, free of her fever.
he looked up at Ris and said, "thank you"

Jasper? Hm... I somehow recognize that name... like a far-off childhood memory...
She watched as Jasper brought the girl to consciousness. He turned and thanked Ris when the girl came to.
"Oh, no problem, anyway that I can help," she offered. It was in her nature to nurture others around her.

"R-Rein" Rein replied quietly, her fever lowering alittle bit.

Jasper smiled and said "it's a very pretty name." he stood up "i'm sorry my house isn't that comfortable." he said as he looked around the house in shame, and, secretly, pride of what condition the house was in. he turned to Rein and said "you need to rest" and so do i he thought. he layed down where he was standing and fell asleep immediatly.

Yura walked through the snow trudging her feet along. " S..so..c..cold.." she shivered...she wasnt cold because of the snow..she was left cold because of what she had just done. She looked at her red hands...and felt sick. She walked through the forest in deep thought. Im disgusting...they were all innocent...whats ...whats wrong with me? She saw A few people up in front of her her breathing quickened and her heart raced.....did they know who she was? she slowed her pace and releuctantly spoke in her raspy, ghost like voice. " Exuse me...but what is wrong.." she saw the flushed sleeping girl.
