Professor Boyle walks up to her classroom door, holding a few books and papers to her chest and humming a random tune to herself. She takes her wand out of her pocket to tap on the door three times with it; quickly returning it to it's place. The door opens, but just before she enters and closes the door shut behind her, she ductapes on a notice. Quote: My Dearest Heavily Calculated Use Of the Elements Students!I’m glad that everyone could make it today. Seeing as I don’t know how enlightened any of you are in this topic, I’m starting the course off with a test. Please answer the following question to the best of your abilities to enter the classroom: There is a hole dug out in the forbidden forest. It is 6feet long, 1metre wide, and 66 407millimeters deep. How much dirt is in the hole? Be sure to tell me how you found your answer once you are inside the classroom. I like creativity. ~ Professor Boyle (Just post your answer and work in your post. You are automatically allowed inside the classroom, and it doesn't matter if you are right or wrong.)

*Raises her hand frantically* I know, I know! Anyways there is no dirt in the hole, because if there was then the hole would either be smaller then what you described or it would be non-existent.*Sits back down and patiently waits for the next item* (I put my answer in white text.)

Was reading a book as the first student enters. She looks up and reads her work.
"Very good Miss.Zenan! 5 points for your house for being the first to enter the classroom. Just sit tight and we will wait for your other classmates."
Continues to read.

Closes her book slowly and decides to start her class without everyone else. "The rest of the class can come in as we go" . She smiles as she stands up. "Now!" Proffessor takes out her wand and waves it, making severeal sheets of paper fly onto each desk. "Answer the following questions to the best of your ability! Whoever get's it right, 100%, will...have 100% in the course so far!" Quote: Work Sheet #1: Start1. Why does the heavilly calculated use of elements exist? 2. Does this class require wands? 3.How many elements are there? 4. what does heavilly calculated mean? Bonus Question: What is Proffessor Boyles favourite element?

Work Sheet #1 1. Why does the heavily calculated use of elements exist? The heavily calculated use of elements exists so if people wanted to experiment with elements they will plan out there experiment before messing with an unknown substance.2. Does this class require wands? As far as I can tell it doesn't, unless you want us to include your wand, or you want us to clean up messes using wands.3. How many elements are there? Well if you mean elements like earth and fire then there are about 8. If you mean like periodic table of elements then there are about 118.4. What does heavily calculated mean? Heavily means to be in a large quantity or amount. Calculated means to carefully think out or plan. So my guess is that heavily calculated means to carefully think about a large amount of something. If it does mean that then this class sounds a lot like chemistry.BQ. What is Professor Boyle's favorite element? Well if its one of the elements that deal with earth, water, fire, and air, then I would say your favorite element is earth. If it's to do with the other elements then your favorite is silver.

Quote: Answers for work sheet #1 (worksheet #1 doesn't actually really count much for grades, as it is more guessing, and personal opinion, rather then trying to find any actual answer.) 1. The heavilly calculated use of the elements is so that we can learn other ways of using majic without wands. 2. Only to 'reset' or 'fix' mistakes. 3. No one knows. There are just so many. (lol sorry about this, I did'nt specify because I havent chosen yet.) 4. Heavilly calculated stands for all of the mathematical problems. (Or Lilliths answer was really well thought.) (Must ask though, did you just guess your answers for the bonus question Lillith? Earth is right, silver isn't but it's close enough.) Proffessor Boyle sets up an equation on a piece of paper. Taking here left pinky finiger, she taps her answer two times, which makes all of the clocks in the classroom speed up. "My my! Look at the time. A few words before I send you all on your way to lunch. Any homework you can hand in at your own rate. Please don't copy someones elses work. If you want to cheat, please atleast re-word things. Oh and...if any of the teachers ask why you are not in class...lie and say you have a break or something, and make no mention me." She bows slightly and then retreats into her office; leaving her door open.

Well I didn't exactly guess the answer. I thought that it was earth because your avatar had the earthy hair for so long that I figured you liked that element or something. I based my silver answer on your avatar now, it seemed like it had a lot of silver in it. Also as a side note if this class is going to have a lot to do with math, then I already like it because I LOVE math. Anyways though. Oh yeah if it's not silver then is it white gold?

Harmony was NOT in the mood for a silly mind game she know the obvious answer (white text) you may have noticed you dug a hole removing dirt not adding so obviously there is no dirt in a hole. looks around classroom and sees one other student ........what kind of person is early for classes anyways? it was a ravenclaw tipical

Well I guess I'm a lot like Hermione in the sense I like to show up for class on time and the best way to do that is to show up a little early.

Proffessor Boyle sits in her classroom preparing tommorrows lesson, singing "Tea and cookies, tea and cookie, tea and this paper is bad!" over and over. She has not yet noticed that her class has not yet left.
( Lillith: Ohh lol. Well I guess that makes sense. Actually my favourite chemistry related element is mercury. ^.^ I actually really hate math...so I was kind of thinking that it would help make sence of some stuff. I think I'll just mix in whatever comes to mind to keep you all on your toes.
Mercury: yay! You've made it! Don't forget to do that worksheet. xD )
