I believe that the answer is based on people's opinions of Abel's Crusnik form. So he is neither good nor bad, just kick-a** and possibly scary.
(My opinion though, totally good.)

I think he's good. He still wants to hurt the people he's fighting. In one episode he told them he wasnt going to kill him, but then there was the episode with Ion. So maybe he just cant control himself somtimes? For example, if you an Inuyasha fan you know how Inuyasha gets in his demon forum.... Kinda like that.

He has good intentions but he has a lot of trouble controlling the nanomachines that try to take over.

he is good and bad but most good because he like humans and want to protect them from his brother canie and make sure the vampires dont take over the world by power of their own world with no humans in it
