Her smile increased slightly and she nodded. That made sense, since her father was also shorter now. The female took a step back, softly blushing as she picked up the fallen blanket. Not this old battle between them...it made her sad. Dyas gently folded the thing and hugged it to her, light blue feathers fluttering slightly. Oh, Raken remembered the rules well. One, wait until she was a teen. That was no invalid. Two, leave should he develope stronger feelings for her. And three, listen to him on matters of when it was time to leave and where she went. He could abuse that third one a lot, but then azure might fight back and he'd lose it. "...yeah, you can stay. But only until dinner time." She stared at her father. Did she hear that right?

Azure watched Dyas clutch onto her blankie. He could tell she didn't like the tension between him and Raken. Azure silently promised her that he would try to stop. Azure smiled when Raken accepted the fact that he would be staying. "Thank you..." Azure responded quickly. "Sir" he added as an extra effect. It wasn't like Raken could stop them from spending time with eachother anyways, but it felt good to at least have his permission.

She smiled and gently hugged the demonic before taking Azure's hand and leading him, well, away from the cave. Leaving the blanket with raken of course. He tightly hugged the hybrid female, smiling lightly. And then she was out of his arms, going...Going?! "Dyas." She winced and looked at her father before pointing to the forest. "...just don't go in too deep." He sharply whistled then, bringing down his remaining shadow bird. Raken let it dissapate and reform. It flew up and landed on Dyas' shoulder comfortably. "I'll be watching."

Azure smiled and followed behind Dyas, he just couldn't stop thinking about finally being able to spend some time with his best friend. "I'll take good care of her. We won't get in any trouble." Azure said to Raken, trying to be as comforting as possible, but he didn't think Raken would be to happy about it anyways. And then Raken said something else that gave Azure an eerie feeling that sent shivers down his spine. He'd be watching, not that there was anything wrong with that, Azure just didn't like the idea. "C'mon Dyas."

She nodded to Raken with a breif smile before continuing to walk, turning the smile reassuringly to Azure as she squeezed his hand. This was...great. So her father had a spy sitting on her shoulder now and he didn't trust her friend a wit...she was at least able to spend time with him. Which hadn't happened since the very first time she saw him. Dyas couldn't be happier. Sighing, he held the naiad plush and blanket as he watched his beloved daughter go into the woods with the male he had tried so hard to keep her from. Wait. He...could do one...last...thing with this. Raken almost smiled, going to the cave. Time to give his neice Adora a visit...

[What is he up to?]
Azure left all thoughts of Raken behind ashe moved in front of Dyas and tugged on Dyas hand as he started to run towards the forest. Azure was now at the point in his life where he wasn't sure what he liked to do, he felt to old to do the childish things he used to love, but to young to do the boring things adult did. Azure wasn't sure what they would do in the forest, but he was sure they'd have fun. "I'm not familiar with this forest, can you lead the way?" Azure asked Dyas as they neared the forest's edge.

She softly gasped as Azure suddenly ran, being pulled after him. The birds claws dug into her shoulder momentarily before leaving for the sky, cawing angerily. With the beast gone though, she ran more smoothly beside him, nodding to the male. She knew just where they could go. She slowed to a stop at the edge so they wouldn't have to go running into trees and the like and to just...look at it. This would be the first time she entered the woods without her father...She took a deep breath, lacing her and azure's fingers, and moved inwards, ignoring her stinging shoulder.
OOC: well...you see...Adora is tristens daughter. Tristen is the fae of love. Adora's single.

Azure watched as the shadowed bird flapped away. "Are you okay?" he asked her. Azure's gazed moved to the trees that loomed high above their heads, he stared at them for awhile, almost in a dream-like trance. With the turn of events that had already so far happened Azure was left in disbelief. His gaze moved down to Dyas and he gave her a soft smile and took a deep breath at around the same time that she had. Azure had an odd feeling when he felt their fingers intertwine, but he pushed it aside and followed Dyas into the forest. "Its beautiful." he whispered.

At his question, she looked at her shoulder, slightly scrapped up, and nodded back to him. Just a few scratches. A quick glance up revealed the bird above them, wisely choosing to follow instead of cling to her shoulder again. Another smile to Azure, with another nod as they slowly slipped into the calm forest. She loved coming here with her father. He would point and tell her all the different names of things, even if she couldn't pass down the knowladge. Sticks and leaves crunched over foot, and she stayed close to the blue angel. So she was a bit...cautious. Raken had pointed out snakes to her here. At least she knew what to do incase either of them was bitten.

Azure glanced at Dyas' shoulder a little sadly, he didn't like that she was hurt, no matter that it was only a scrape. Azure's ears were alert for any sounds that might warn danger, but he didn't hear anything out of the ordinary. Though he rarely wandered into a forest so he wasn't quite sure what ordinary was. Azure wasn't sure if Dyas was aware of the deal between him and Raken or if he was even allowed to tell her. He wanted to share it with her, but didn't. "Do you rememember when we played in the mud, just outside here?" Azure asked Dyas.

Her eyes flicked to him as he spoke, dual colored eyes intent as she deeply thougt. That seemed so long ago. Slowly she nodded, recalling becoming a sort of 'mud monster'. That had been fun. But there wasn't any mud around them...what had azure remember it? Dyas quickly looked back infront of her to step over a rock before it tripped her.

Azure was happy that she remembered the event. He had simply been tracing his mind of all the fun they had together that day. Azure was just a child then, but it was one of the best moments of his life. He wasn't paying attention to where he was going so he didn't notice the rock Dyas had stepped over, and Azure stumbled over it. "Whoops." he laughed as his blue cheeks turned pink, flushed with embarassment. Azure hadn't completely fallen over, but his loss of balance was easily noticed.

She stepped over...and the jerk of movement brought her to a halt. Her free arm had reached around to sort of hover an inch from his waist, about to try and catch him. No doubt falling with the male, but still there. Her arm moved from its gaurd position to his arm when he remained upright, gently touching it in worry. He was all...red for some reason...

"I'm alright, I promise." Azure told Dyas, and his promises were always good. "I just wasn't paying attention to the ground thats all." He explained himself. Azure looked at the forest ahead of them and quickly scanned the ground to see if there were any more surprises resting there. Azure didn't want another embarassing moment.

And that made people go red? Slowly she nodded and let her hand drop to continue towards their destination. Yes, dyas didnt know what blushing was. Well, she did, but she was never able to make the connection between word and action since raken never blushed. Was azure sick? It was also a symptom if one had a fever, red face for being very hot. The teen shook her head. If azure said he was alright, she wasn't going to question it. The next rock she slowed and moved so she went over it, and the angel went to the side around it, smiling at the male.
