Ahdahnia giggled again, and licked at his ear. She'd seen her father do that to her mother, and part of her always wanted someone to groom. "Ov all zhee vomen out zhere...vhy me?" she asked, nuzzling him

Duncan shivered a little when she licked at his ear. Wow. He hadn't been groomed like that in a while... and mom sure never made him feel like that. ...Which was a very good thing, and one he was going to stop thinking about right now.
You're beautiful, and really nice, and lots of fun, and I love to listen to you talk, and you think I'm charming... and just being around you makes me happy... and... nobody else ever made me feel this way... and your nuzzles are really nice? I don't really know how to explain it all...
He grinned and shrugged helplessly, then figured what the heck and tried grooming her ear in return.

Danny giggled as he groomed her ear in return, but she made a soft purring noise, her tails wagging softly. "Vou make me....'appy" she said with another giggle "I like being around vou...i feel....safe" she said softly, resting against him. It reminded her of another incident, with a sailor from long ago...but this was different. With Duncan there was a sercurity attached to the safe feeling. There was a mysterious comfortable nature.

Duncan's tails continued to wag as well, though more gently now than the initial burst of rapid enthusiasm had been. Her purring and resting against him made his heart skip a beat, and he purred back, though he didn't stop with the grooming. And he was glad... very glad she felt safe with him. He was a protector by nature... for someone not to feel safe around him would have bothered him immensely. Especially her. She did seem... distracted about something though, so he paused his activities. Is something wrong?... He watched her for a moment and added another note. I'll always do my best to protect you... I promise.

The female had to open her eyes again, the grooming was so relaxing! She giggled gently "Eets nothing. Zhe last male i vas vith, vas a player..." she said with a disappointed smile, disappointed at herself, for getting caught in the moment. She gave a soft laugh "I fell 'ard for eem...i didnt zhink i'd bee happy again...." her ears sagged faintly "I did not mean to burden vou. I'm just so..'appy!" she giggled again, nuzzling into him. She was smaller then the normal female, so she fit comfortably against him.

Duncan restrained himself from growling at this unknown male... He'd never understand how someone could do that to a girl, much less to Ahdahnia of all people. He nuzzled back against her, curling his tails around her as he scribbled once more on the notepad briefly before returning to the grooming with a passion. I'd never do something like that to you. Ever. I won't leave unless you actually tell me to go away for some bizarre reason... =P Well... maybe if the family needs me for something, but I'd come back if you couldn't go with me.
And... he had an urge to snuggle and... things... with her to make up for whatever this other guy had done... That wasn't the only reason, of course. Ahdahnia was beautiful after all, just like he'd told her. Not that he'd just... you know... so soon. Unless she wanted to... But... All in all he enjoyed simply grooming her as much as anything. Maybe he'd actually have the guts to ask her about it later. >>; They'd just now even gotten started with this, he didn't want to jump the gun. Just because he was male didn't mean he lacked in willpower or courtesy.
...She had such cute ears. <3

Ahdahnia smiled up at him, leaning into the grooming. So much different then with her family. Which was a good thing! Otherwise you know....ew. "I dont vant you to leave" she said softly. It was true, and it surprised her. She wasnt used to feeling this way...well no...having feelings this strong, for someone other then family. What also surpised her, was how comfortable she felt around Duncan. Around other guy's she was kindof guarded, not wanting to get hurt again. She knew beforehand that Aear was not a one ladies man, but it didnt make it easier..not at all.
She sighed gently and looked out the corner of her eye, she nipped at one of his purple spots on his shoulder. She loved those little spots. This one particularily, she didnt know why.

Ahdahnia giggled softly, purring at the nipping. She relaxed totally, sinking into his side with a contented sigh. Her mind also wondered to another location. Was it because of his ear nipping? His close-ness. Hell it coulda just been his scent, she didnt know. A sudden blush rushed over hear face, very nearly showing through her fur. Her mind had never wondered to such a place! Why now.

Mmm. She smelled nice. She felt nice. He almost felt like he was dreaming. It was just right to have her next to him. He leaned over and gave her a kiss without really thinking about it, purring and wagging his tails softly.

Ahdahnia squealed in surprise and giggled after the shock wore off. She grinned up at him, and licked the tip of his nose, then kissed him back "Nervous?" she asked, not even thinking what either could be nervous about.

Duncan's eyes closed and he purred, practically melting between the lick and the kiss. He opened them long enough to look down at his notepad thoughtfully. I guess... a bit? I'm glad this happened. <3 Just suprised, I guess, I didn't imagine I'd get to be here with you like this when I woke up this morning. And I'm... new at this. How am I doing? He gently put an arm over he shoulders and nuzzled at her neck.

Ahdahnia giggled and licked at his ear. She cuddled up close to him, feeling cold all of a sudden. "vour doing vonderful" she said lovingly. Its amazing, how strong her feelings had gotten. Sure she'd always liked Duncan, but now, so strong so fast. She could hardly breathe. And...she liked it. "vow..." she said softly to herself, then chuckled lightly.

A purr turned into a playful growl and Duncan nibbled at her neck again. Oh... he wanted to... would it really hurt to ask? He chuckled silently to himself and kissed her again, this time with more purpose.
No one else makes me feel like this... is this too soon?... I... He thought he remembered telling her once about how he could speak, if something was important enough. That he didn't do it for just anything because a birth defect made it difficult and painful to make sound for very long. But for this?...
He leaned over, mouth just next to her ear, and barely breathed out the words, "I'm not at all experienced... but it means a lot more to me... If it's not too soon, I want to be with you... only... you..." It was obvious it was getting difficult by the end, but he'd gotten it all out. Maybe not as eloquently as he might have liked, but then again he was a pretty simple guy.

Danny's eyes went wide. More from his speaking then from the actions going between them. Altho those were good too, she just could only process so much. "Duncan!" she gasped before her face broke out into a grin. She kissed him, passionately. "Vhen 'ou have been vaiting for ever...eets not too soon" she whispered hoarsly into his ear, a grin playing on her maw.
