They need to find proof to send you to jail. And who's to say they won't find proof? That's the definition of getting busted. Smoke it all And what if they catch you before you do so? And you know they have tests for figuring out if your high. Perhaps they'll find out who you're getting it from and get them to testify against you, or get some of the peoole you do it with to do that. Circumstancial evidence can go pretty far in a case like pot smoking, and it's not hard for them to get evidence. Less hard than you think.
