Azami slowly pulled off the gag and the blindfold. she opened her eyes and saw zinc. "Hi." she said softly.

Frena came out of hiding, wary of this strange being... "what are you doing out here... you seem too powerful to have anything to do in this part of the woods..." she looked over to where the thud had come from. "what was it?" she moved her tail in a slow motion from side to side, showing that she was a little nervous... once the men had come with swords, she fled into hiding, following her training as best as she could...

The mercenary in the tree jumped down behind frena and put a sword to her neck.

Frena was ready to fight. she took her blade and swiftly slashed through his arm, exposing the muscle and some of the bone. she growled, out of instinct, and turned on the man, putting her sword through her enemy's heart.

zinc silently applauded "Great manover." he smiled "Come we should probably get away from here right now." he started walking up steam

The mercenary fell backwards and died.
Azumi laid on the ground, her wrists bleeding from the vines.

Frena ran to her, looking at her wounds. "i know something that would help you... it's rare... but these forests are known for it... come on..." she led her carefully, making sure as to not hurt her further...

Frena looked around as they walked through the stream, for the plant... it was known to grow around water so it wouldn't be hard to find here... then, a few feet ahead, there it was, the Gogrick "here. this should help..." she took off two of the plants long leaves and wrapped them around her wounds. "it'll sting at first, but it helps." she smiled kindly to her.

zinc scowled "Herbs smurbes. No one needs herbs when you got magic. Even though they work about the same." he walked over and put his hands on her wrist healing it cleanly "There now the other one." he healed that one to "Happy now?"

Frena rolled her eyes. "you do what you know, and i do what i know. they work just the same. and my way doesn't unbalance someone's magic... mine just heals."

zinc laughed "unbalance that theroy has been disproved. It only takes a tool on the user it doesn't unbalance magic." he chuckled "I should know."

Frena raised an eyebrow. "oh yeah? how do you know? you don't even look old enough to have a family. which in my village is about 17." she smirked.

zinc raised an eyebrow "Well I don't have a family. I have charges but there a different story." he smirked "And obviously you have no clue who I am. Which I don't know if thats good or bad."

Azami twisted her ankle and fell to the ground. she slowly walked, limped, away. leaning on a tree, she looked back and didn't see zinc. she needed the gem very badly.
