Yumi awoke to a wet nose against hers. Makura, her best and only friend, sat next to her. Yumi scratched her ears. "Mornin girl! OMG! I'm supposed to go to Konoha today!!!" Yumi jumped out of bed and got dressed. A scarf was wrapped around her head to protect it from the sun and sand. She rand down the stairs, Matsura right at her heels.
"C'mon Shikai!" Yumi yelled to her other wolf. She sat up and raced after her. "WAIT!" Yumi yelled, sending the wolves to a skittering halt. She ran back upstairs and got her favorite picture. It was her great-great-grandmother, Temari, her husband, and her two brothers. She stuck it into her jacket as she raced out the door.

 The Black Elf grumbled, aggravated, as he lifted his wrinkled hand from the glass of now warm water. He glanced across the room at the lumbering figures of the two twins. The remeberant thoughts of his need of them flashed through before he had a chance to punish. "Ahh." He sighed quietly as his feet carried him to their sleeping bodies. He gently touched one, Mei or Awai he wasn't sure, and both girls moved in a flash.
Nii-chan!" Both girls squealed cutely as they shared a smile.Takamaru forced a charming smile on his face. "Good morning, pearls." His rough voice echoed throughout the large room. His thoughts shifted to the wolf girl, Yumi. "Do you remember Yumi?" He asked forcing a gentleness in his words. The wolf girl was to be sent on a mission to Konoha that day and the girls were needed.
Both girls nodded their heads.

Yumi waited patiently outside. Takamaru, Mei, and Awai were supposed to meet her at dawn. "Where could they possibly be?" she said to no one in particular. She was going on a mission to Konoha, and those three knuckleheads were coming with her.
"should we look for them?" She asked the wolves. Makura transformed.
"Nah. Let em find you."

As Haruna was about to go up and say a simple hi to Nashi, she immediately changed her mind, and tried to listen intently to the meeting. Once the meeting was finished Haurna then decided to go and eat her breakfast since she didn't have time to eat breakfast and also because she still had time before her mission. While walking home, she then passed another person talking with 2 wolves, as if she were waiting for someone.

Yumi looked over at the girl. The two wolves growled and Yumi scratched their heads. Yumi approached warily and heard the girls stomache. She reached into her bag and tossed her a poptart.
"Starving yourself won't help you." she said. She laughed nervously and began to walk away.
