Kigao nodded why wouldn't she be of any use? anyone that could help another scratching was of a big help and he was happy that the female seemed happier now since she was so sad at first.
" Of course! you where really helpful...so where are you headed? "
Kigao had been away from his home long enough and should probably go and sheck things there...he had no idea if his stepfather Muroki missed him or not but it be fun to sheck on things.
" But i can't just simply leave a young woman like you out here and since you helped me feel free to ask me anything "
He didn't want to leave Chau out here all alone so maybe eh could escort her somewhere.

"I am?" The thought made her blush thoroughly and she looked away for a moment, trying to collect her thoughts through her deaf ears.
"I'm not really headed anywhere. I don't have a home, so I can't head home..." Chau trailed off as she thought about that.
No home meant no hope meant no happiness. She really was all alone.
The white female's head started to sink once more, almost hanging in helplessness. The more she thought about it all the lonelier she got, she knew only of instability and suffering and abandonment. How could a female that didn't know what a stable family was know what a home was or even where to find one.
Both of her ears slid down to the sides of her pale head as Chau thought harder of this, the idea making her hurt suddenly.

Hmm so she wasn't headed anywhere? or had a home hmm this wasn't very good at all all girls her age needed to have a home for there protection specially since there was always sick males forcing young girls into there prides or families.
" Hmm well it's dangerous ok...i meen for a girl like you not having a home...i have a home tough i just haven't been there for a while now "
He said gently and tilted his head to the side..maybe she wanted to come with him? hmm naaaa that would probably sound ridicilous specially if he asked a girl he didn't know to follow a complete stranger.

He had a home? The very idea made her instantly nostalgic for the oasis her father had created.. that her whole life had left when everyone she knew left it... It made her feel alone to think like that but in reality she WAS utterly alone.
A soft sigh came from her muzzle and Chau glanced up at him shyly. She was already debating hitting herself a thousand times over for even thinking of asking this.
"Could... Could I maybe come with... you?" Chau asked softly, her voice was almost innaudiable. In fact she was so sure that he hadn't heard her, that she slowly creapt forward and sat before him closer to ask "To your home?"

Kigao bite his lower lip and tried to come up with something good to know he pawed at the ground lightly with his white frnt paw and tried to use his brain...then he blinked and looked rather confused when Chau asked him if she could come to his home...oh this was indeed strange.
" Oh umm s..sure you could see if you like it and if you don't then you can continue your journey "
He couldn't force her to stay maybe she wouldn't even like his home. It was mostly desert but it had some nices oases there they all lived he hadn't been there for a while but he heard that his dad found a new mate and they they where rebuilding the pride again..

"I'm so tired of journeying though." Chau said under her breath. All she wanted to do was find a home and settle down. Make friends, have love, have a real life that didn't involve an oasis or the horrible pridelands that scorned her for being different from all of them. For being who she was.
"Please... can I just tag along after you? I promise I won't be that much of a pest, I'll keep up and I won't annoy you." Tears formed in her eyes again as she peered desperately up at Kigao, begging him to let her come with him to the last place she might ever HAVE to live.

He smiled he knew he would protect his new friend if something happend maybe because he couldn't stan an innocent female getting hurt and specially this female she was really cute he didn't want any other male to come and destroy this poor girl she was already sad and broken..
" Well then it's this way then~~ just walk next to me and everything be fine "
He said and wagged his tail playfully..

A soft smile ghosted over Chau's white muzzle and she stood up in one fluid motion to stand beside him happily. He'd welcomed her and said that he would protect her even. No one had ever told her that they'd protect her before. The thought of being protected didn't bring with it an anger or a misunderstanding, instead it brought with it happiness and want.
"Thank you, no one's ever protected me before, but I'm sure that you'll keep me safe." Chau said softly. Her pink and white paws curled in happiness.
For the first time in her life, Chau had beaten her fear and found herself a friend. Her first friend in her life that might actually stay with her instead of leaving her or pushing her out. The very thought.... it was one she'd never dreamed of having.

Kigao started walking he was going to show this female to his home maybe she wanted to join the dawnwalkers as well? he was sure Muroki would take her in there wouldn't be any problem at all. And females usually get to join. He smiled watched Chau walking after him..
" Yeah sure~~ but it shouldn't be that far maybe a few days and then we are there ok "
He made sure Chau cought up with his steps before he continued and then they where off, Kigao would show Chau his home and maybe she would stay there as well. And a new friend was always nice <3
