He smirked as the bouncy little cub neared the entrance of a den. He paused, however, outside of it – it was unlike Issy to intrude. At the cub’s words, he glanced down slowly, “Isithunzi, my name is Isithunzi.” He chuckled softly and began to turn, dark paws carrying him in the direction of his own den. “Get a good nap, Rudo, maybe I’ll see you again soon, kiddo.”

"Alright, mister," Rudo yawned again then laughed and headed back into his den. As strange as their first interactions had been, he didn't particularly dislike the other male. In fact, he'd been really fun to play with--it wasn't like Rudo spent much time with his elder siblings, after all. Fully intending to track down the older lion again at some point, the cub curled up in the empty den and closed his eyes to nap.
