Sheba was jarred by his accusation and deeply wounded by it. Was that all he thought she was doing? All she was capable of? Later, when her anger had faded and she was away from him his words would run amuck in her head. But for now she was too angry to contemplate them and perhaps that was a good thing. She had had enough.
"Gladly!" she snapped, managing to meet his roaring fury with simply a loud tone. She had at least that much control, not to bring it low enough for a fight. She snapped her wings open and glared intently at him, "Regardless, you had better go see that leopardess and her children! Or I will be back, of which I'd rather never again." And she took off, soaring with vigor towards the sky.

-Momentary relief found him as he heard the sound of her wings through her angry words, and he watched her departure through the siloutte of her shadow. He would have stomped and fumed, but his stomach warred on the side of almost heaving, so instead the male made his way towards the water, ripping up the grass and dirt beneath his paws as he moved.
Collapsing into the shallow waters he lay, a war playing out in his mind as his eyes squeezed shut. The cool water trailing over his body, and the suddenly once again peaceful sounds of the clearing were no help and his lips curled upwards as more words of inappropriateness were silently screamed after the goddess.
He would go see them. THe leopardess. His children. But that was still days away atleast. Until he could calm himself. Remove the anger and pain burned into him by the visit that had just occured. If only he had realized just how hard such a task would actually become.-
