Cadis' ears twitched a little. "I... have heard stories though. Of the Mountain and kitsusagi going missing." Her skin shivered at that memory. That was the first time that she had felt a compulsion to settle in the Realm.
In the end the wandering took her again though. She forced another smile. "I don't know how true those stories are though."

Going missing? Was it some epidemic or something more? Indigo hair fell over her eyes as Setsu glances to the trees off to the side. It was no concern to her. Not unless it involved her two friends, and as far as she knew, they weren't in this world. "Good thing I exited Mountain then."
Maybe that's why it had appeared so empty when she traveled through it. Red and purple eyes peered dully to the other female. "And you've never been to the headquarters either?" Or the cabin, as it was often called.

Cadis shrugged as she looked over towards the Mountain. Perhaps it was time for her to visit it again.
"I've gone a few times. A bit stuffy for me though." She smiled. "That place is one of the reasons that I wander." Unlike Dyami, who wandered just to stay away from that place.

Hmm. She had found the mountain to be spacious, actually. Almost too spacious and deserted. No smile came to Setsu as she glanced to the mountains in the distance. All in all, it was just more land for her to cover. Ears twivelled when a mass caught the corner of her sight. Was that the cabin? It was too far to tell just yet, but it was also too big to be a tree. She hoped it was, it'd get one more thing off her to do list.

Cadis' smile shifted slightly as she thought of visiting the Mountain again. Not until the kits were old enough to go too though. Her thoughts became preoccupied by the thought of her kits, and it was only until she saw brown in front of her face that she looked to see where she was walking.
She blinked and twisted her head slightly to the side. "I think that might be it..." she said, her voice quavered with uncertainty.

Only when they passed some more trees were the two kitsusagi's able to take in the form. So, it was a cabin. But was it the cabin they were searching for? Setsu slowed her pace to a halt, straining her senses to hear if anyone was around. Some moments passed before she was fairly certain no threats were near. A glance was tossed to Cadis, brow raising at her tone of voice. "What is it?"

Cadis just stared at Setsu. "I don't know," she murmured. She had never seen the cabin before, and she had thought that Setsu would be able to recognize what she was looking for.
"Should we just knock?" she asked, inching towards the cabin.

The undead female blinked to the other. She had meant what was wrong. But no matter, she wasn't here to hesitate. Her booted paws stepped lightly around the structure, until they found the front door. Setsu reached out to the porch as support, lifting up to her hinds. With scaled tails swishing behind her, she grasped the door knob and pushed it open. Whatever was around, they may as well face it head on...

Cadis took a few wary steps up to the cabin. She was slightly frightened, as she peered into the cabin as well. She relaxed very slightly when she saw that there was no one there. "Do you think they might be out? Or is it just a resting place?" she asked, looking up at Setsu.

The standing kitsu remained silent, peering around the spacious room. With a few furnitures and fireplace set in the center. "It's a lodge." Otherwise a home to a large family. But that wasn't likely with how empty it was. One ear flicked toward the other, now dry kitsu, before Setsu walked forward. So, there were buildings in theis world.
High above, resting in the banisters, was another kitsu. This femme had a faint green pelt, lined along the back with feathers. Deep teal eyes glanced down to the newcomers, a delightful sneer crossing her maw. Heh.

Cadis walked in cautiously. "So, no booby traps or anything?" she asked, smiling sheepishly. She looked around and went by the fire place. The ashes were cold. "I don't think that anyone's been here recently," she murmured. Unless she was mistaken of course.

Setsu gave a glance to the same fireplace. It was changing seasons though, and that would soon become useful. Especially for her...effect of having cold fur. She settled back into a chair, flicking her tails to the sides so not to crush them. "Nothing I can sense." Her arms folded tightly in front of her, simply to keep warm.
What intruders, pft. Nyhility swished her tails before stretching. Might as well greet the strangers. Only to shoo them out later. With a leap, the female was soon down on the ground beside them. A grin was tossed to the two.

Cadis nodded, and relaxed slightly. Until she heard a light 'thud' like something falling, she turned around and almost jumped out of her skin when she saw another kitsu. "H-hello," she stammered. She glanced around the room briefly. "W-we aren't intruding are we?" she asked, a sheepish smile on her face.

"Yes you're intruding. This is my space, got that?" Nyhility raised her lips in a smirk. Hmm, how far could she push around this pair? Her feathered back ruffled as she glanced over the two. Blah, just another bunch of annoying kitsus.
Setsu only flicked an ear to the other, ignoring her spitting words. Just a bossy female. So long as she didn't disturb them physically, no problems. The clothed kitsu closed her eyes as she reclined into the chair.

Cadis' ears flattened against her skull slightly. "My apologies," she murmured. She didn't know if the kitsu was a resident here or if she was another traveler. She glanced over to Setsu. If someone was to talk about why they were here, it was probably best for it to come from her.
