Burning Disaster I was thinking of basically doing what I had hoped it would be when you did the zombie attack. As for starting over in this guild, that'd be fun. As you know, I have quite a few characters running around in my mind that I could put to good use. xd It would be pretty cool. I know my zombie attack didn't work quite right because I was just so anxious for everything to end, and was getting quite desperate for people to post. It was quite the disaster actually. But knowing what works and what doesn't to some extent, you should be able to pull off something totally interesting. 3nodding Yeah, I think everyone's characters have too much past together, and we're all making new ones and putting them in because we want the freshness again. I have some pretty extensive ideas, but I think we totally need a start. And yay! character's in your mind....can't wait to pull them out and poke them with sticks.

Ah. If you were going to jump time or start over, I'd have to do something drastic with A.C. Which is fine, I know where she was going from here, and if I ever feel the need to mention her it's easy enough to lay her bones to rest. Just nice to have advanced warning.
DIM-twisting involves "parallel" dimensions/worlds. I use quotes because with all the DIM-twisting a crossovers, they aren't really parallel in stories the way they are IRL anymore. Stuff like Sliders, stuff like Back to the Future 2 and 3 (alternate histories based on changed events), stuff like sending characters into other worlds with replaced memories so that they don't figure it out until and unless someone who remembers their own for some reason finds a way to restore everyone else's... or until they are "rescued," which many relocated characters tend to wish they never had been, afterwards. There are others, but those are the ones I've seen most commonly. Personally, I'm fond of DIM-twisting President style... but to explain that one, I'd have to re-find the story. And the story was interfered with by a pair of brothers, anyway, so I really can't.

Ah gotcha. I dunno, might have to pull some DIM-twisting into the mix just for fun. Still working on the kinks of everything of course. But I always give advanced warning before I do anything drastic, and usually let people have a say in stuff....'cause I don't intend to play all by myself. That'd be sad. crying

The only tricky part would be mixing medieval with Western. That could be interesting. Very interesting, actually... ninja Maybe that's what you should do. I don't think anyone's ever done that majorly before. That and make vampires viable in the old West. blaugh All the sun, you know.

Bah, we all know they'd be running the brothel. Luring unsuspecting victims to their awesome doom.

Perhaps. But they would have to get out there first, and the Old West was not known for light-tight containers, travel, or shelter. Even the caves, what few there are to take one's travel out, are no often so deep. Besides which, even the largest "cities" were only towns--even a brothel could not keep such a secret long.

True, no one suspects the addicts to come out alive all the time... and the Chinese might be able to fix up some light-tightness as far as boxes and crates go. Still, they would have to drug the people prior to drinking of them to perpetuate the illusion--would they really like the taste of all that poppy in their food?
