awesome backup designer will probably be needed, although it'll probably be more of a co-designer since everyone who is in on it will be working together on it in a co op way ^_^. So anywho, I am thinking of creating up the newspaper staff thread up eventually, although right now I'l probably just allow everyone to brainstorm before I create it... or if someone really wants to create it, they can. Just hit me up for details...man.. I love saying "hit {insert noun/pronoun} up" lol I don't know, but it is great... Lol I think I should go create "favorite words or short phrases" in the melting pot, but to make sure people don't just post a word and that's it, people have to put why it is their favorite word/phrase, and perhaps the meaning behind it, personal and perhaps literal sense as well, kind of like a multi coolness dictionary like thing XD

 Well if you are looking for someone to do graphic design, I would volunteer. I'm pretty good in that department ^_~

Awesome a graphic designer in the midst! W00T, that'll help out a lot, I think the upcoming staff is going to be a good one. Once we settle down and get the gist of what people will be doing, and whatnot, we can decide how to improve the newspaper, because I know all gray pages and what not lol was probably not the best of a newspaper thing haha.

Eeer no comment on the gray pages... hmm do you think.... the 'Guild Bi-Weekly News' or was that bi-monthly... well anyways should have it own little home? I mean if we are going to have several staff doing a sorts of stuff it might get messy... maybe a Subforum would keep it cleaner...it could be the 'Guild Bi-(Whatever) News Staffers Home' xD

Gray pages.... well I mean it was the easiest thing to come up with since I was at a limited amount of graphics, I am not really a designer, I am more of a reporter/interviewer. Sooo now that we're getting staffed with people who can actually do those things, I think it'll be spectacular! Yes I can see it now.....//drools in delight//

It is Bi-Monthly, I figured one week to prep, one week to design. And when we have 5 weeks in a month it is really up to everyone if they want to aim for 3 or 2 newsletters.
Oh and yes, we'll have a subforum specifically for it. Since that'll take some time moving everything once more, I'll probably reserve doing that for another day, probably tomorrow or Wednesday. But yes, that'll be a great thing. Plenty of elbow room, and ability to create many threads when needed. So yes, it'll be good.

Sounds good to me xD We should probably start up an actual list of 'possible staffers' Those who have said they want to join and such. Otherwise we won't have a clue who wants to join and as what.

Until we have a newspaper subforum, I am going to just edit my first post in this thread to include the list. We'll divide the list even further, as to who is willing to do what, and other stuff when we actually get the subforum, for now it is just a general idea of who is interested.

Hiya! Came in, and after a good talk with a close friend, decided that
I will just become a possible staffer for the Dear Jane Column but I could
deal with just basically helping out in the newspaper! I'm...not that good
in graphics or comics, but I will help in editing and making sure that there's
no syntax or mistakes, or just give plain advice of what to put in here or
there or something.
I dunno, I just want to participate in this cool addition
to LOL.

Nope they're not even filled yet, we were simply brainstorming, I am opening up a newsroom soon, and allowing everyone to go in there and sign up to what they want. Of course me not having the time today since I was out since I left for school, I won't be able to get it done till possibly tomorrow or friday.
