Our school is all about acceptance. We have an NCBI group and everyone in it will make you feel REALLY bad if you say that anything resembling "That's so Gay!" So far, I've tagged about 7 people when they say it. blaugh

I don't think they should be, if they are not than they shouldn't act like it when their friends are around, it just goes to show how low some people will go to have friends... though my friends are not like that because my friends accept things like that.. if they didn't I wouldn't be their friend because I am bi and have a girlfriend so it makes sense... people are just shallow and stupid now a days, can't think for themselves and that's why I avoid people like that.

crying I saw the worst thing today! Some guys were going around with shirts that said "God said Adam and Eve. Not Adam and Steve."
It was the meanest thing I've seen in a long time. People around here are really intolerant. I've only met like three friends that even accept me for myself.

Demonic Anthony I don't. My friends are not homophobes, they are completely open minded. If anyone says something like "Thats gay" or somethign I snap at them. They know better to use phrases like that around me and not all of them know i'm bi. I remember this past year, that was happening a lot...i wouldn't snap at them, but they could tell it annoyed me. My German teacher came out that year too and i was talking to him about it and he said that if i wanted, and felt comfortable doing so i could say "No, Mr. P is Gay, that is stupid." and i did a couple times. It was funny cause they stopped after a couple times. ^.^

People fear my lectures, for they are very, very long, and very, very boring. People I know have pretty much stopped saying "that's so gay" around me. And when they do slip up, they usually correct themselves before I even have to glare at them.

This past year was his last year. Loved him as a person and friend, but he sucked at a teacher. He ran the GSA though so idk what im going to do.

My friends are not homophobic at all. They don't use any comments like "That's so gay" becasue they themselves find it offensive though they are straight. They defend anyone being bashed. They've gone to true colors with me. My friends kick major a**. but my other strings of friends are the ones I'm not around alot because it was good for a while, but now i guess we seem to see things differently. They won't say anything about me being bi, but they do use those comments. Even wen I snap at them about it, they just say yeah what ever and just keep going on wiht themselves. I really don't care if they don't think it's a big deal when it's around me because i think they can do what they want to do just like gays demand rights. Just becasue we demand rights doesn't mean we should shut them out compleatly and vise versa. But when they say things like that about others like "You can totally tell he's gay," that's when the tolerance stops. You can only go so far and you can only give humanity so much credit for being at the top of the food chain.

I have to be one around my mother cause if she had the slightest hint I was gay she'd throw me out and her bf would beat me.
