Mass PMs: why not just PM everyone, and then put a footnote of "if you're already active, ignore this."

Ok, here is the little PM I thought we could send out. Post your thoughts ^-^ I kind of used parts of Shazz's PM as well. Quote: This is a friendly warning from the Literate Role Player's Association: we have begun to clean out inactive users and have noticed (or rather, not noticed) your lack of activity. You applied for this guild to roleplay and to chat with fellow roleplayers; if you would like to do so, we suggest posting on the "Roll Call" thread before August 27 if you wish to remain in the guild. Should you choose to remain in the guild, we expect activity. If you stay, then you post. If you wish to leave the guild, you can either use the little "Quit" button, or reply to this PM stating your desire to leave, and we will ban you. If you do not respond at all, we ban you. To those members who have remained active, a hearty thanks to you and keep up the good work. Yours truly, The LRPA Crew Anyway just let me know what you think. Make changes if you think that changes are due, and we will hopefully have a good copy, so we can send out the PM ASAP. Also, how shall we organise the sending of the PM? I mean if we want to do it equally then Crew Member 1 gets 27 members, Crew Member 2 gets 27 members, Crew Member 3 gets 26 members. Oh, and the date in the PM is just a sample. I think it is 2 weeks away from this day. And I think we should have a super nasty PM sent out to people who don't respond at all.

Sounds good. I think our memberlist is all right so I'll try and get a big list together of all the willing crew members doing this and split up the list (we have a LOT of inactive members >_>)
EDIT: Ookay, since we actually only have 3 active crew members, Shazzy, could you help out? Since we have 80 members, we could get 20 each. Saves me some math time >w<

I think the only way to get rid of duplicate Kiyo's is to ban her, and then reinvite her back. But with her not being around, she might get very confused if we ban her.

All right. I've made the list. Val and Shazzer get one more person than me or Indy, but I hope you don't mind >w< I did it pretty systematically, so it's not like did it because I hate you.
Please don't hurt me.
Anyways, here are the lists. I'm not 100% sure that I've spelled everyone's name right, so you might want to check, just because. I've omitted crew members, Shazzer and the multiple Kiyo's (obviously).
Now, would you like me to PM you the list or just post it here? Either way is good for me.
