Libenalas muzzle twisted into a half smile at first before her expression fell at the mention as a large abusive pack, no wonder they hadn't joined. She had been so alone for so long she wondered if she was so desperate for company that she would have placed herself in such a pack. She shook off the thought, luckily she had run into Twist first and the puppy pack as she called it affectionately in her mind.
"That sounds terrible, but you must all be very close to have surived without any outside help for so long" she glanced at Gracia. "I suppose being surrounded by siblings all the time is great but not the same as making friends and family of your own?"
Alas rolled onto her side in a relaxed sprawl comfortable speaking with Gracia. "I had to hunt alone, I was so hungry once I almost ate a squirrel, but it was so furry and pathetic I let it go..." she gazed up at the treetops. "he used to follow me around and keep me company, but I havent seen him in a long time...the moons pass so quickly overhead." She sighed and rolled back onto her stomach forcing a smile.

Gracia frowned and shook her head before looking back over to her pink and white laced friend. "We have disagreement all the time, but we are family. Nothing is thicker then blood," she paused as if debating that phrase, "Well, maybe Crunch and Snickers' skulls. They're pretty thick." It was a small joke, who knew such an omega would have a sense of humor.
"But as for others, outside of the litter, it would just be nice just to have someone that really can be trusted to be friends with," Gracia's tone down keyed again as she rolled the thought of actually having a wide range of friends, and maybe one day a male in her life that wasn't a brother.
The blue face turned to look over at Alas, Gracia listened closely to the hard life lesson that Alas went through. If Hershey was still alive did she have to deal with that too. Sadness filled her cool blue eyes.
"I'm sorry to hear that Alas, no one should ever be left alone. I guess that is why Crunch is determined to find our lost sister. The squirrel that followed you around, what does he look like? I want to make sure that none of my siblings hurt him in any fashion. Just in case he ever crosses our path."

Alas smiled softly up at Gracia and laughed at her comment. "Thickheaded males who would have thought? Friends are wonderful, I want to meet as many others as I can, I feel as if I need to fill all those lonely spaces..." she nodded.
"He answered to 'Cupid' his fur was dark brown and he was marked in red below his eye like...this" she moved her paws down to motion the pink heart shapes splashed along her fur.
She smiled at Gracia as she sat up, "Your brothers listen to you, it's interesting...I feared when I first saw you that as an omega you wouldn't be treated well for speaking so openly to Crunch."

A soft giggle escaped from her maw, "Yeah, just don't tell them you now know that about them." Gracia's eyes moved back up to her new friends face, "You will get that space filled up, even if I have to jump into dangerous waters for it to be so."
A promise that she would keep, even with her low standings in her own family pack. Gracia's ears quirked as she then listened to Libenalas explained the look of her squirrelly friend. "Dark with red curved shapes...Got it," she placed the description to memory.
Then as the topic of brothers listening to her, she kindly flinched. "I'll get reprimanded in some fashion by Crunch later. That or he will make sure that Twix follows my punishment through. I can't imagine what it will be though."

Libenalas laughed and nodded a silent promise of a secret between them, a secret between friends. "I'm sure you won't have to jump into any waters, I'm a fair swimmer if you were to fall in though."
She tilted her head as Gracia flintched. "Twix? Your sister? You'll be okay though?" she didn't want to see sweet Gracia bullied by anyone even if it was her own family, but she seemed to be able to handle it herself.

A wide smile spread across the blue and white femme's face, "That's good to hear. Swimming is something I actually enjoy, I feel as free as a bird in the water."
Then the slight frown made the smile disappear. "I've lived with the family long enough, I have a feeling that punishment will be based on manual labor. One would think I would learn, but I just can't stand by and watch Crunch possibly get carried away. So I take the punishments with no complaints, there is never any real physical reprimanding in our pack."

Alas was happy to share things with Gracia the more they talked and relaxed with each other the more she felt the lonely pangs fade away and the bonds of friendship slowly link.
"That's good I suppose, that you won't be harmed. Don't Twix and Snickers stand up to Crunch like you?" She tilted her head curious about the small close family. She seemed curious about anything to do with families, friendhsips, and packs.

She only nodded her head once in agreement, it truly was a good thing. Gracia stretched her paws out in front of her and looked around swiftly, Crunch was coming back. The hair on the back of her neck told her so.
With the odd sensation she almost missed the question about Twix and Snickers. After the momentary snap back into reality, Gracia simply answered, "They give him a hard time as well, but I think Twix is sucking up to Crunch so she can possibly become the Beta when it grows. Snickers just doesn't like to dirty up his looks and normally gets a bit more harsher punishments, then what I'll be looking at."

Libenalas smiled and nodded. "Then you'll all be setting up a pack near here? We'll be able to see each other plenty..." This lifted her spirits considerably.
Her only concern was if Gracia's siblings didn't like her around their new territory, she probably wouldn't want a bunch of strange wolves snooping around her pack either, granted in her pack there was one adult wolf and she was it. She still couldn't believe it at times it felt strange following Twist and wanting to give her maternal advice at the same time. She focused back on Gracia for confirmation that they would remain friends despite being from seperate packs.

Gracia smiled, "I would say that Crunch is very pleased with the surroundings. He will get over the fact that he really doesn't know your alpha, but maybe, if things workout alright, our two packs can be allies."
((Sorry I'm laughing at this wishful thinking. Gracia has no idea what type of wolf is Libenalas's alpha is, or the basic plot of Twist's pack.))

Libenalas wasn't sure if Twist wanted to ally with anyone and she had her suspicions that her alpha was more interested in a fight than peace. That disturbed her considering the pack was small and made up of a pup, a headstrong teenage alpha, an angry lynx, and herself. She pushed away the thought Twist wouldn't put them in danger like that she wasn't crazy...
"I hope we can all get along, your brother is a bit...intimidating." She wasn't sure if she could make friends with Gracia's whole family but she liked the omega plenty already.

The blue tail pounded against the ground, "Crunch will come around if you come around often. He may look at it as if you are one of the family," her tone overly excited at the prospect. It would be nice to have a friend almost like a sister that wasn't going to turn into a rat.

Libenalas smiled and nodded. "I promise to come visit often then...he's not so bad if he isn't growling." she giggled. She moved to give Gracia an affectionate nuzzle and her head dipped low. "It's nice to have a friend..." she smiled.

Gracia laughed, "That is so true." Her tail wagged quicker and just like an overjoyed puppy, Gracia gently pounced on top of Alas before giving her a friendly -slightly a familish- nuzzle on the side. "I'll second that," she yipped.
Hearing Gracia yip, the massive white paws flew into a wild sprint. The area looked amazingly good for a permanent home and he was satisfied with it. Spotting his sister's blue tail wagging like a wild wind, the blue eyes narrowed. He had thought something was hurting her.
"Gracia, why did you yip!" he growled lowly, unsatisfied with his own blood. Crunch knew nothing of true happiness at this time in his life, hope was that he would understand that term once they could actually have a unified pack.

Libenalas laughed and playfully nipped at Gracias ears before looking up startled by the sound of something coming rapidly closer. She let out a breath she hadn't meant to hold as she saw Crunch. She laughed and tilted her head.
"Goodness you startled me..." she stood slowly and shook off. "I hope you found the area to your liking? It would be nice to have friends nearby." She turned to smile at Gracia her eyes still held their shared laughter.
She walked over to Crunch curiously and crouched playfully infront of him her tail whipping the air. "Relax..." She smiled softly hoping to soften him up, she didn't want Gracia in trouble.
