So the slots are on the outside of the buildings?
Once you defeated the boss, did Leo have more weapons in his shop?

Hi everyone! I'm new to the guild today. smile
RF is so much fun! I'm up to Gigant Cave now.
In case the questions above are still active... If you buy fodder from Camus' store, you need to insert them into the slot on the front of the hut. That will cause your total fodder supply to go up (check your farm tab in your information screen), and your animals get fed out of that total. It doesn't matter which hut you put the fodder into. If you grow your own fodder (much cheaper), when you cut it with the sickle, it automatically goes into your fodder total.
Once I defeated Carmite Cave, more weapons appeared in Leo's shop. However, if I remember correctly, no more weapons appear in his shop after that -- everything else you want, you have to forge yourself.
Now, my turn for a question. Is anyone doing any WiFi meeting up in this game? If so, what can you do when you meet up with someone? Can you trade stuff? Like, if I forge a weapon, can I trade it to someone?

From what I read, you can trade, and every time you trade an item with another player its level goes up by 1. I could see that almost making the game TOO easy.

It would be nice to get seeds leveled up. I know that without multiplayer, you can get your seeds to above level 10 but they will still be valued at level 10 -- you have to actually trade them via WiFi to get them to be worth at their actual level.
I find, though, that I have too much money in this game. I don't spend much and rake in tons when I explore caves. I wish the game had more house extensions like the other games have.

How does Wi-Fi work? I've been inside the shell, but I don't know what I'm supposed to do when I go inside. I ever figure out what to do, I'll help you upgrade your seeds if . I also have some seeds that I want to upgrade. 3nodding I can't get enough money! I save most of the plants that I grow so that I can eventually upgrade them, so I make most of my money by fishing at the ruins. You don't get much money from selling fish, so I'm always poor. I was wondering, can your pets help fight for you? I know some monsters that you encounter later in the game help you in battle, but I only have the kind that you see in Carmite Cave. Will they get killed if I bring them in the cave with me?

I also have some seeds that I want to upgrade. 3nodding No idea, sadly. smile I haven't had anyone available to try it with. Maybe I'll go check out the shell sometime and see if I can figure it out. Quote: I can't get enough money! I save most of the plants that I grow so that I can eventually upgrade them, so I make most of my money by fishing at the ruins. You don't get much money from selling fish, so I'm always poor. I was doing the same thing, scraping by, and then I found the real moneymaker in this game -- mining. Are into the third dungeon yet? (I can never remember its name. The first summer season cave, on the mountain, before Mt. Gigant.) Once you're there, mine. The rocks give fire crystals and rubies, and usually high-level versions, and those will get you 10000s of gold a day. If you enter that cave, and go left, and go south as soon as you can (you can avoid all fights on the way, you'll get into a room which closes until you kill the device. Then go south one more, and you'll be in a room with about 6 plowable fields and a bunch of rocks. Plant in this room (though you'll need to haul water) and leave the crops grown, so that you can mine through all the rocks in this room then replenish your RP, leave the dungeon, and mine it again. wink There's another room in this cave that has a lot of fields and a water supply, where you can replenish your RP too. Quote: I was wondering, can your pets help fight for you? I know some monsters that you encounter later in the game help you in battle, but I only have the kind that you see in Carmite Cave. Will they get killed if I bring them in the cave with me? Supposedly yes, but I've never done it. Any monster will come with you and fight, though some are more useful than others. Some also will cast healing spells, I think. If the enemy attacks and "kills" your pet, it will return to the hut.

I love this game! The bad thing is, I've had far too much homework, so I haven't been able to play for a while.
Well right now, my character, Morty, is trying to win over Bianca.
I love all the monsters, I have only four right now, because it took me a while before I actually wanted some monsters. Hopefully I can play more soon so I can get even further in the game.

Question: I have a c**k-a-Doodle (or whatever the chicken monster is called). How do I get it to lay eggs?
I thought it would be like the other HMs, where the eggs just appear on the ground the next day, but I've had it for over 2 weeks (in-game time) and no luck yet.
Thanks!

I just got Rune Factory recently today, ever since I bought it, I haven't stopped playing. >.< It's so addicting, thus I've procrastinated on my schoolwork the whole entire day due to the game. XD
Hrrm, it's so different to the previous HM's though, so it's like a new thing for me, and as well for others. :]
