Vaan grew wary from wandering. He had followed the same trail for hours no with no hope of it coming to an end. Looked at the little Djinn on his shoulder. "Zephyr, do you know where it is I'm supposed to be going?" The creature looked up at him and told him telepathically," Just follow me, I'll lead you to where we need to go!" Vaan smiled, the creature had never let him down in the two years they had known each other.

Arkus' Ghost had been wandering through the lands for countless years. every night he stayed awake, seeing as he was undead and needed no sleep. one especially dark night, he saw a change in the sky, and felt the hand of fate on his shoulder once again. fearing that his past ... ahem... "adventures' had caught up to him, he quietly said to himself "i know what I must do..." and started to set off into the dead of night.
"RANDOM BATTLE!"
