Well it was official she was going to add Kale to her list of people she loved for the sheer fact that he liked to color!
"Won't try out for a week?" She asked, eyes going wide as she turned to look up at the gun that was being pointed at. She wondered if that were for normal people and given she was nice and fluffy if it would take longer then a week for her to try out. She turned to look over at Tyra and couldn't help but giggle, "Ahahaha, a paint gun? That would be fun."
"Actually they have paintball guns, I think your all a bit to young for that sort of thing though." Hari said, looking the three of them over. He was pretty sure there was an age limit for that sort of sport.
Fenrir's eyes show disbelief, "There are!?" She gasped out, there were really guns that could shoot paint!
Hari realized it may have been a mistake to tell kids, especially Fenrir and Tyra, that there were such things in exsistance... Oops...

Hari failed to note that Kale was the only boy there, and the combination of messy paint and guns sounded like the most fun thing ever. "Really!? Really?! Dad, can I get one?!" he asked, uncharacteristically hyper for such a usually mellow kid.
"....We'll see." Marshall said, emitting waves that clearly said CURSE YOU HARI with vehemency. "So, are you two around here?" Marshall said, addressing the two parents.
"Cool! He said we'll see!" Kale said to Tyra and Fenrir enthusiastically.

Tyra looked to Hari her eyes wide.
"There really are paint guns!? WOW!" she excliamed in glee and joined in the excitement with Kale and Fenrir. Finally disliodging herself from the evee girl she stood beside her instead and then fidgeted from one foot to another, she looked to her mom expectantly as if Jayoku would give her permission to weild such an intersting gun.
Jayoku looked to Hari but giggeled anyway, Tyra would have to learn the hard way what Paintball was really liked. Painful was one word for it.
"Perhaps when your older hun." she answered to Tyra's pleading gaze before returning her attention to Marhsall.
"I live close by." she said with a flourished grin.

It was one of those times where a guy wishes they could take back words that had somehow escaped from them without thinking. The wish was for somethng impossible and he almost groaned as he looked at the kids first who all looked expectant as if they would get such weaponry now and then the parents one of which looked ready to kill him... crap...
"I am pretty sure there is an age limit on them Fenrir, maybe when your older though that means getting paint all over you and your cloths." He said, hoping that would talk her out of it at least.
She seemed to be thinking on that then smiled, "Thats what outside cloths are for thought right? To get dirty in place of pretty cloths." she looked at Kale and Tyra, "Do you two have outdoor clothing?" She asked, hopeful. While they may be to young now maybe they would be able to get such awesome guns later to try out!

"Um...Outdoor clothes?" Kale asked, looking down at his white shirt and colorful beach shorts with a perplexed look on his face. He wore these both outside and inside. In fact, he wore pretty much only a slight variation of the outfit every day! He only had special pajamas for sleep!
Kale's father mimicked the exact same expression almost perfectly, not really understanding the idea of 'outdoor clothes' himself. Was he supposed to buy special clothes for Kale? Was he a bad parent?! His stomach sank.

Tyra gave Fenrir a blank stare while she processed the information. Outdoor clothes? Stuff you let get dirty? A large smile lit her face as she then started to giggle.
"I must wear outdoor clothes all the time then!" she said pointing to herself in a cute manner. "My clothes always end up dirty no matter what I do." she continued with a nod of her head, "my mom calls me a clumsy tornado!" she said proudly even though such a title wasn't exactly one to be proud of....
Jayoku looked a tad embaressed, yes she had called her daught such a thing...but it was only true. She coughed and hide her embaressement with a smile.
"Uh...yah she tends to go through clothes pretty quickly. . ."

Fenrir looked back and forth between Kale and Tyra in a shocked sort of way, wait... was she the only one here that had such clothing! Her eyes turned to look over at her Dad with a shocked sort of gaze, "Why do only I have to have outdoor clothing!?" She had to know!
Hari gave a sighing sound, she was a bit on the dramatic side wasn't she? Oh well... she asked right?
"You have clothing that is deemed as indoor only because you think you need dresses made of lace and fluff, those aren't cheap you know." He told her sounding very much like a parent all of a sudden, "So you have to have other things to wear outside because we aren't replacing dresses if you ruin them in the dirt."
Fenrir starred up at him, confused. It was because of her pretty dresses, "They aren't cheap?" She repeated in a bird-like manner. She then gave a nod, ahhh that made sense. Kale was a boy so he didn't wear dresses and maybe Tyra didn't wear dresses like hers because she wasn't a princess? Her tail flicked back and forth... then her mind seemed to grow bored with the subject at hand.
"Ah well, just means I can't wear my pretty dresses to play with the paint gun is all." She decided that was what it all came down too. Keeping her princess clothing clean as it 'wasn't cheap' whatever that meant.

"Ohhhhh..." Marshall and Kale said in unison, Marshall understanding that it was a financial thing and Kale understanding that it was a girly-girl thing. To Kale, that explained every thing: Kale was a boy, and Tyra really didn't act like much of a girl. So, it was only for Princesses!

Tyra gave a giggle at Hari's description not meaning to be rude but found something in particular about the subject amusing. Whatever it was however she didn't feel the need to elaborate on it.
"Maybe I should get indoor clothes!" she quipped looking to her mother who gave a tilt of her head.
"Honey...the last time you tried wearing a dress you tore a hole through the hemline remember?" she gently reminded the girl of the disaster that occured on the trip o the grocery store.
Tyra's leaf wilted, she had sooooo wanted to get pretty clothes so she could be like Fenrir. "Dress up clothes then?" she offered as a comprimise. Jayoku sighed, dress up clothes were cheaper but it still cost money, especially when it got the rough treatment Tyra gave them.
"We will think about it.." she concluded in a tone that meant this particular discussion was over.
Tyra perked up and nodded her head before looking to Kale and Fenrir again. "What kind of crafts are you looking for? I am looking for one to make necklaces!" she said proudly. the idea of the paint gun still lingering in her mind.

Hari gave a happy sound when the subject of indoor and outdoor clothing had passed, it felt strange having to explain why he and Baldric had set up that rule but it was something that was for the best. It was that or buy stock in lace.
"I want to get markers and a drawing book." Fenrir said, ears turning forward, her tail wagging, "That way I don't use the ones that are Dad's markers again." He'd been a little displeased at that as they were something he called 'grown up markers' though where the difference was she had no idea. Either way if she got her own markers to draw with then he would be happy... well his version of happy which was more like quiet but with a smile.

"I'm, um...Actually not here to get any coloring stuff." Kale admitted, almost embarrassed by that little fact. "Me and my dad were gettin' action figures and stuff!" Kale said much more enthusiastically, images of Super Heroic Man and Magical Mysterio figurines dancing in his head.
"Heh heh, Kale usually just wears the same outfit. Though we live on the beach so I guess its not bad that he only owns like, two pairs of real pants eh?" Marshall laughed, praying to whatever deity would listen that he didn't come off as some cheap a**-hole.

Tyra looked at Fenrir happily. Of course her best friend would get art supplies! They had so much in common. Though she liked drawing she liked making things all that much more.
"mom says i can learn how to do pottery when i get older! I get to try out play-doh today! If we can find the ones that arn't smelly." Tyra said with a wrinkle in her nose. The smelly ones, didn't smell like they said they should and they were gross besides.
She returned her gaze to Kale action figures? "What kind?" she asked wondering if he meant Barbie or my little pony figures she saw constantly advertised on the television.
Jayoku gave a soft laugh at Marshell's description of the limited clothing. She had t have hordes for Tyra...she went through them so quickly.

"Pottery?" Fenrir asked, sounding curious. She'd not heard of that before but it must be interesting if one had to be older to do it. Everything that involved the rule 'you need to be older' was guaranteed fun or so the Eevee girl believed!
She turned to Kale then, curious about the 'action figures' that he was getting, what they were interested her as well since he seemed quite excited about them.
Hari looked over at Marshall then gave a laugh, "Your a lucky man." He said, envious just a bit of the fact that he didn't have to worry as much over something as simple as clothing.

"The Amazing Man Super Special Edition with Turbo Cannon and Karate Chop Action!" Kale said, once again quoting the commercial. It was hard to tell if he just watched too much TV or just had a good memory of stuff he wanted.
"Heh heh, guess thats just what you get when ya have a boy." Marshall chuckled lightly, glad he didn't come off as a cheapskate.

Tyra had never heard of the doll before but he seemed to know a lot about it so she didn't question him.
"Wow that sounds really cool!" she exclaimed with a clap of her hands.
Jayoku giggeled though Tyra was a handful most of the time she wouldn't trade her lil girl for anything. It was her enthusiasm that made her to cute. She could learn to control her voice though. She was often very loud.
"after the toy store We were going to browse the kids halloween costumes. THat time of the year if coming too fast for my liking." she said quietly to the adults, she didn't want her daughter to know otherwise she would demand they go now.
