Clannfears aren't too bad once you grow accustomed to their movements.
For example, I've fought them so much that they almost seem to run into my blade.
I'd have to say that the most annoying enemy in my opinion is the Goblin Warlords.

i would have to go with those will-o-the-wisps. They just follow you around. AND THEY PISS ME OFF!

I hate any kind of Wraith. Their curses and their screams are extremely annoying. The Will-o-the-Wisps are actually sort of amusing; you can hit them with a fireball and track their spastic movements for a few seconds. Just be sure you have something that can kill them, otherwise they follow you around everywhere.

I hate them all!!! rofl almost...
At first - mudcrabs. You walk along the river, suddenly the battle music starts and you see.. absolutely nothing! - at first - until they pinch your a**.
Second - trolls. When you've reached the level they show up, they're really hard to kill 'cause they regenerate their health almost at the same speed you inflict damage to them.
Third - clannfears. Yeah, those stupid jumping attacks...
Fourth - wraiths. They suck (...your fatigue, your strength...)!
...
And at last: Spider Daedra. evil They summon this annoying spider midget... When you're beating up the "big" spider the "little" one always sneaks up from behind and attacks you with its paralyzing bite. So, in the middle of the battle you just "drop dead" for a few secs and represent a perfectly defensless target for any other enemy around...

I hat Liches. Especially ones with burdening magic because I go through the entire ruin and I get to the boss chamber loaded down with loot and then it cast a spell on me and I can't move and then he summons a skeleton hero AND I CAN'T DO ANYTHING!!!!!!!!

Being burdened sucks razz , but there are at least ways to get you moving again. You could drop some of your load during the fight and pick it up later (some 50-pound-waraxe, or the 30589-pound-useless-heavy-armor-of-stupid-something...)
or use a feather-spell/potion.
...ok, and even if you have to fight naked in the end... the lich won't mind... XD

I'd have to say the Wraiths are most annoying, easy to take down, and worth it.
Only creatures I think aren't worth Goldbrand attacking them would be mudcrab, rats, etc.
Wraiths though, they silence me, which doesn't bother because I have my night eye + Life detect, like, 200 ft+, so I can see anything easily, just they can take a hit.
Them and Dread zombies.

dear god... That reminds me of the most random, yet ******** awesome moment from morrowind...
I was walking down a path and heard a cliffracer near by, so I stopped and looked around and saw it off in the distance. So I pulled out my bow and got an arrow ready, but I thought it wasnt worth it, and if i missed it might draw it to me making it take even more of my time, so I just let off the shott and continued walking, when all of a suddon i hear a smack, and I look back and see the cliffracer floating to the ground. It was a good 50 feet away, byond most normal bow range. I mean, I was doing some serious angeling and stuff for the shot too... it was so funny...
Anyhoo...
Current most annoying creature, wolves. They are the new cliffracer for me.

Wraiths and anything that cant be effected by normal weapons, and things that silence you. Most annotying things in the game...especially when you're a magic user evil

I vote for Imperial Legion/city guards.... they're always a few levels above you... I had to fight what seemed like half of the entire Leyawiin city guard once... it sucked....

Lucifer Moloch I vote for Imperial Legion/city guards.... they're always a few levels above you... I had to fight what seemed like half of the entire Leyawiin city guard once... it sucked.... I took out all of the bruma gaurds I believe. I was bored so I kill the count/countess. God that was fun xD

Imps.... I HATE AND LOVE THOSE BASTARDS! They make awsome gaurds for my treasure in my tower but when I'm fighitn one(especaly when my magicaka is out) they keep makeing that little sound! its so ******** annoying! Sure if I got magica I can just blast em with my "Death" spell and thats about it(100 hp damage + paralazises).

For oblivion, I'd also say the Spider Deadra, only because they summon the little spider that paralyzes you. It sucks. Though they don't do much anymore.
Next time I play I might as well finish the Kvatch quest, though I won't get much from it.
