I have to agree with the whole "disappointment" issue, but who knows. Maybe it's just that song, and then the rest still have witty titles.

That was a really pretty song, but I like the other song that was posted not too long ago, where it had that beautiful piano solo part.

It was SO effin amazing heart heart heart
They did play Middle Of The Summer, and you're right, no official title yet. I posted a link to it in my topic, but it's really short sad
I so agree with the song title thing. I don't care too much whether the titles are quotes, or are just made up things/extra lyrics... but I just like it when they're not lyrics of the song. It makes it so much more interesting. And I loved how A Fever You Can't Sweat Out had the crazy titles and extra lyrics in the booklet.. it made it so unique. So when Ryan said that the song was called Nine In The Afternoon I was kind of like gonk
But I was also kind of like mrgreen heart because he talking! During a concert! And normally Brendon does most of the talking on stage. And lately I guess Jon too. And apparently Ryan too.
I don't think it's just a tentative title though, because he was like "We're going to play a new song, it's called Nine In The Afternoon" and I don't know, it sounded... official. But I guess it's possible that they still change it..?

I know that having such a short title for a song(that's even been taken out from the lyrics!) is really unPanic-y, but look at the brightside of it! At least we don't have to open up a dictionary to understand what a word in the title means! Okay, well, that's probably not a really good point but I think that having a short title would be really useful too, I mean, this time you'd actually be able to see the whole title of the song when they ever make a video of that song that would be played on TV. When LITMFAGCHWTHCO (lol, and they call this an abbreviation) would play on TV where I live, they always used to name it as "Lying is the Most Fun A Girl Can Have" or simply just "Lying Is the Most Fun"", due to its space limit or something.
