I've seen from the beginning of Dragonball to the end Of Z and parts of GT, personally, the Freiza Saga should have ended it all... Best saga too.

It could. Just like Pokemon could've ended in the first season. It just wasn't good for Toriyama's wallet.
I like the whole show, yes, but just like Rurouni Kenshin, it has a lot of downtimes during the sagas after Freezer. GT, however was better than most "fans" will admit. At least Gohan was more of a fighter than he was during the lame-a** nerd idiot Gohan saga Buu saga.
