In theory, McGann could still act as Eight whenever the heck he feels like it. After all, we never saw the regeneration... not that it'd be so great, since Eight just wouldn't be Eight if he wasn't pretty. But he could.

Anyway, I heard rumours he's been seen hanging around the set when they've been filming the first episode of S4... please let it be true!

They need to let him do the Time War mini-series

That would be Sweet if Paul McGann Came back and played the 8th and the 10th explained to his Companion how he regenrated. or you see The 10th having a Flash Back on his own.

I have only one thing to say about this:

This...is...going...to...be...GREAT!

*Goes Fifth Doctor fangirl-y all over the room*

Can't wait!

But as to McGann coming back, I doubt it. In the Big Finish interview in DWM, he said that it would take a lot of money to get him back into the costume and wig.

And out of all the classic Doctors, good ol' Pete is one of the only actors that can still pass for his character these days. The other ones being Sylvester McCoy and Paul McGann.

Hmm... David Tennet, Chris Eccelston, Paul McGann, Sylvester McCoy and Peter Davison? Maybe another Five Doctors special isn't too far fetched? 4laugh

Shame Colin Baker doesn't look too much like Six these days. xp

Hey, you can't give The Sun all that bad credit. They can do some fine damn journalism. And what better a place to advertise something if want people to not know whether or not it's true?

But, I'd much rather see the Eighth Doc somewhere in the near future.

That, or somehow all three of the ninths in one episode.

Just a little fanboys dream though...

And I think Rowan Atkinson played The Doctor damn good. Eccleston? More like... Ickylston...

What I want to know is, will this follow directly on from Last of the Timelords?

Will the Titanic crashing into the TARDIS have caused a time jump or something, which is why Five's in the TARDIS?

Maybe it's set after Runaway Bride, before Smith & Jones in that time he was travelling alone?

Maybe Peter will just come stumbling through the rubble in the TARDIS.

Whatever the case, the fanboy in me is going insane!

Here's to ya, Five! (My favourite Doctor)
