He's soo caught up with Miley now. She hooked up with another guy while they were dating. She cheated on him!!! Nick has been through a LOT with that biotch named Destiny/Miley/Hannah (CAN'T SHE PICK A FREAKING NAME?!?!) She's probably getting to his head and so he's not smiling as much.
