demons can make them selves look kind of like a human, but there true form is different. on the 7 episode of inuyasha sesshomaru turnes into a huge dog baest and inuyasha says "so thats his real form" or something like that but sense inuyasha is half demon wich gets him suck inbeetween 3nodding wich gets me stuck at why naraku can transform!

Well if you look at it he's a half demon and can't turn into a dog demon like his father and Sesshomaru so his form is kinda at the stage between human and dog demon because he really has no true demon form so therefore that's probably why he came out with dog ears. Sesshomaru can turn into a dog and back to a human like form so he doesn't really have a use for an extra pair of dog ears. He has no in-between form like Inuyasha does because Inuyasha is an in-between or mix-breed while Sesshomaru is not so he has no use for the form. That's best I can decifer from it anyway.

morey00 shushamru has fluff and inuyasha has dog ears and there both half demons Sesshomaru isnt half demon!!! how dare you get that wrong!!!! Sesshy has fluff because his dad does, and he is full demon, so that makes sense

maybe the animators were just told to draw himwith dog ears, and didn't think to do it to others.

here's my theory:
Shessomaru is a full demon that can turn into a full blown dog-demon. Inuyasha just has one form. So since inuyasha can't turn into a full dog, his form with the ears makes up for it. ...or something like that....

I think Naraku can transform because the Spider demon that came to him was a full blooded demon.
That spider looked just like Narakus's original name between Oni (japanese demon) and Gumo (spider)
it had a spider body, and the face of a Oni.
My quess though is, like half demons who have a time of humanity, they also must have a time of demonity.
Like when inuyasha is a human, or a demon.

It's because the artist decided you'd like it better if he had velvety soft dog ears instead of pointy elf-like ears...and let's face it, most of us do. Haha
