A good potion that I made was a combination of spiddal sticks and imp galls. It dealt health and fire damage, but I think you have to be at least an expert in alchemy to make it.

There were a few good poisons and potions i had made.(of course i am at "Expert" level of alchemy) One I called the Poison of Freezing, did frost damage, Silence, Paralyze, and health damage. So yeah it almost literally "froze" the enemy in place(if the enemy doesn't just die). Or my Poison of Crushing Death did fire, shock, and health damage, with burden on top of it. I know that having burden on a heavy damaging poison is kinda pointless. But I was originally going just for the damage, and when burden came up on the list of effects, i wasn't about to try getting rid of it. I have also made a Loothunter's Potion that gives the drinker Nighteye, Chamelean, and a very long-lasting Feather. Or the potion i made to counter my vampire's weakness to fire, the Potion of Lucky Antifire, which gives Fire Resistance, Fire Shield, and Fortify Luck. Then there's the Potion of Survival(i didn't know if that name was already taken by the game itself or not, but i didn't care). It has Restore health, Fortify Health, and Reflect Damage. Then the Potion of Weightless Protection i had made, Fortify Health, Shield, and Feather. I never tried to put the Feather in there but, just like the Burden in my Poison of Crushing Death, i thought of the Feather as a bonus, so i altered the name of the potion to include the fact that it has Feather in it. Well, i've been typing this one post long enough, and i'm sure your all bored of hearing about my potions and poisons, so i'm just gonna stop typing for while.

Since, technically, Poison Apples are on the list of alchemy ingredients, that must mean you can put them into a poison or potion. But there are no other ingredients in the game with that effect. So, I hope that when i become an alchemy Master(for the ability to make poisons and potions out of single ingredients), I'll be able to make a poison out of the Poisoned Apples, since they're so potent. I can't wait to try it!

I have an expectionaly potent posion I love to use. It kills anything. Keep in mind this is with an expert in alchemy and master level devises.
It paralizes for about 10 secounds, damages the targets health, though I forget how much and also silences them for 15 secounds. Even if the health damage dosn't kill them the paralizeing effect leaves them open for attack. And if their extremely annoying and won't die after even that and their a mage they're pretty much dead anyway, no magic and all.
I like to name this brew "Death"
Surprisingly enouph the ingredients are all fairly common and easy to obtain if you've downloaded the Forstcrag Spire.
Ingredients: nightshade any oblivion ingredient(discluding daedra hearts and blood grass) and a few other I can't remember but always seem to have... oh and rice maybe... sweatdrop

I can't wait to try it! I recently became a Master of Alchemy, and i tried using a Poisoned Apple to make a poison. It's a nogo. It makes a potion, not a poison. And that potion doesn't do a thing! It registers the "Deadly Poison" effect when you drink it, but then it dissapears and nothing else happens. This totally sucks. I guess there's not really any perks to going from Expert to Master in alchemy.............
